Tender For Repair To Jcb 3Dx- 1501071- 1 Periodical servicing of the machine by way of providing and fitting of Diesel filter, Fuel pre FILTER-, Engine OIL Filter, Oil Filter Air Filter (ie Filter kit 400/N7762s)and Replacement of engine oil 4001/3200-15ltrs JCB Rear Axle Oil(4000/4600-20) -20ltr JCB Transmission Oil Plus (4000/2500-20)-20ltr The job includes cost of material, labour charges and all taxes. 2 Repair to the Bucket of the Machine by hard facing to the bucket by using specific hard facing rods (inner and outer). Hard facing includes cutting and welding iron flats of En-08 material and also P/F of tooth Kit with the help of gas cutter and welding then fitting of new tooth Kit. The job includes cost of material, labour charges and all taxes 3 Repair to the loader of the machine by way of hard facing to the loader by using specific hard facing rods(inner and outer). Hard facing includes cutting and welding iron flats EN-8 material .Job also includes P/F of loader tooth Kit with the help of gas cutter and welding then fitting of new loader tooth Kit. The complete job includes cost of material, labour charges and all taxes. 4 Repair to kingpost of machine by way of dismantling complete dipper and boom assembly from machine removing both pins of slew ram assembly of kingpost removing both ring linner of slew ram assembly of kingpost then providing and fitting of new ring linner after Turing on lathe for required size then providing and fitting of new both pins of slew ram assembly of kingpost Complete job involves material, labour charges and all applicable taxes 5 Repairs to the self starter of the machine by dismantling it, checking parts, P/F field coil-01 set, carbon bush-01 set, solenoid switch-01 no, bendix drive pinion-01 no, in place of damaged/defective parts, washing it, reassembling and testing. The complete job includes cost of material, labour charges and all taxes. 6 Repair to the front wheel axel of machine by way of removing kingpin. replacing bushes of king pin of both side of wheel 04 nos 02 no pin and pins of balancing rod Complete job involves material, labour charges and all applicable taxes. 7 Repairs to the radiator by way of removing the radiator from the machine by unfastening the foundation bolts repairing to damaged upper and lower water tank by brazing, washing it by caustic soda and high pressure water jet. The job includes cost of material, labour charges and all taxes. 8 Repair to the machine by providing and fitting of new pin and pin bushing of loader and loader arm -01 complete set and bucket and bucket arm-01 complete set along with pin by way of dismantling loader and bucket from machine then providing and fitting of new pin bushing and reassemble on machine The job includes cost of material, labour charges and all taxes. 9 Repair to RAM bucket Cylinder by way of removing it from machine with the help of crane after disconnecting the hydraulic hoes, dismantling the complete RAM bucket Cylinder assembly then removing the damaged seal, P/F of new RAM bucket Cylinder seal kit. Job also includes polishing of ram at damaged portion and topup of hydraulic oil 30ltr (TO BE PROVIDED BY DEPARTMENT) Reassemble RAM bucket Cylinder installed it back on machine with the help of crane and checking.
