The frame work made up of perimeter channels of 20X27X30X3657mm fixed on wall & partitions and ceiling sections of 80X26X0.5X3657mm as a cross member provided at 457mm c/c and the intermediate channel of 15X45X.09X3657mm as a main runner at1220mm c/c suspended by means of G.I.angle 25X25X.05 mm from the existing ceiling by means of M.S. rawl plug with bolts/screws at 1200 mm c/c max. The joints of gypsum board to be taped 3 times and sealed with jointing compound. Finished with one coat of primer and min 3 coats colour or matching spectrum colour complete as per detail and specifications in drawing incl. alllights, diffuser cuttings complete. Corner of ceiling is cobbeled/ cornice 2720.00 Sq.ft 2 ACOUSTICAL FALSE CEILING (GRID) : Providing & Fixing of Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with (Bevelled Tegular) EDGE TILES WITH 15 mm Exposed GRID. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99% NRC 0.5, Light Reflectance _>85%, Thermal Conductivity K =0.052-0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0/Class 1 (BS 476 Part 6 & 7), in module size of 600 x 600 x 16 mm, suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 32 %. 1100.00 Sq.ft The tile shall be laid on Silhouette profile grid system with 15 mm white/black flanges incorp
