Tender For To carry out various development works at S.No.113, Parvati, Sinhagad Road, Veer Baji Pasalkar Memorial. -ITEM NO: 1 Making of Realistic High Relief Mural work PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED WHILE MAKING MURALS: Concept drawing is made according to the subject desire. 2) Approved concept drawing is then made into the actual clay work 3) The clay work is then molded using POP as a waste mold (This process is followed once the clay work is approved and finished) This POP mold is then removed where we get the negative side of the art work. 4)This POP mold is then cleaned and the process of FRP casting (Where in this case we are using ISO Thallic Polyester Resin) a high-grade resin all weather proof and have a good life. This is a 2-layer process (Considered thickness of the FRP work) 5mm to 6mm, Fiber matt is use as the inner surface for strength and the outer surface (Which is seen to us) is the first coat of this Resin. 5) The POP waste mold is then broken and the FRP casted product is removed from the mold, till this step we get our FRP casted art work. 6) This Casted Art work then then washed and assembled to each other (If we have piece molding) where different piece is made separately for molding and then casted separately later, they are assembled together. 7)Once the assembling of the entire FRP model Fabrication reinforcement if inserted for structural support. 8) This FRP art work then finished and a plain coat of primer color is given. 9)Further the art work is ready for Painting in the desire Realistic color scheme in PU paint and fixing of mural will be done on specified location. The above process is followed by a government approval method from the DOA of Maharashtra where the clay model is passed by the authority of DOA; a visit is done to the studio for the passing for the Clay model of the desire size. Once the statue (Clay work) is passed then the Clay work is molded and casted in FRP.
