Tender For Repair/ Maintenance Of Ci/ Gi Pipe Line And Other Connected Work At Saharanpur Under Ge (Mes) Roorkee.; 1 Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for ducting and laying in LT underground cable/ GI Pipe in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed 2 Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 3 Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 4 Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for finding of the cable fault in LT underground cable and returning filling (including reusing old bricks and sand) the same after rectification of the cable fault in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed 5 Cutting of existing CI pipe in position for inserting of tee, bend collar other type of CIfitting for addition /alternation of existing system for following sizes :- 6 80mm bore 7 100 mmbore 8 150 mm bore 9 200 mm bore 10 Drilling and taping cast iron water mains (in position) for branch connections forfollowing size :- 11 15 mm 12 20 mm 13 Taking out CI pipe any type including fittings with spigot and socketed end centrifugally cast laid in trenches of following sizes :- 14 80 mm bore 15 100 mmbore 16 150 mm bore 17 200 mm bore 18 Supply and lay in trenches in replacement of Ductile iron pipes K-9 Spigot and Socketed ends, centrifugally cast suitable for tyton joint in different lengths including rubber tyton joint complete, confirm IS 12288 & 8329 as per site condition of following sizes all alloy / gun metal screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed for iron pipe including dismantling the old US existing valve complete for the following sizes :- 80 15mm bore 81 20 mm bore 82 Material & Repairfor minor complaint of leakage & breakage of existing GI pipe linefor various size mentioned belowby highly skilled trades man and making functional including all necessary GI fittings (socket, union, elbow, nipple etc) complete all as specified and directed at site.(Note : - Excavation more than 1 mtr lengthwill be measured and paid separately under
