Tender For Repair/ Replacement Of Roof Sheet And False Ceiling To Certain Bldg Under Age B/R-Iii Of Ge (South) Meerut Cantt; 1 Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings. 2 S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed. 3 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed. 4 Dismantling Wallandceilingboards(fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulationboards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets 5 S&F powder coated aluminium snap grid (Size of grid 605 x 605mm) frame work for false ceiling incl 2mm dia GI hanging wire. Complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for 4mm thick ceiling boards (600x600)mm fixed or laid inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work with screw in ceiling complete all as specified and directed. 7 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for 8 S&F Fe-290 (Gde E-165) MS Rooftrusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, nut bolts, MS plate etc all as specified and directed. 9 Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface & applying one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome all as specified and directed. 10 Demolition ofBrickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built inbuilt in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including allquoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles 11 M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m meanradius built in CM 1:6 all as specifed and directed. 12 Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. 13 M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over 2 mm thick wall care putty. Complete all as specified and directed. (Note: 2mm thick putty will be paid separately) 16 Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces all as specified and directed. 17 Material & Labour for complete removing/scrapping down existing treatment on wall surfaces on old plastered or unplastered surfaces and preparation and applying two coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint exterior weather coat on old surfaces (finshed coat)including removing existing nails if any, any Nos and filling the disturbed /uneven surface, holes/voids with wall care putty/POP/white cement wherever required to achieve the smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. 18 Material & Labour for complete removing/scrapping down existing treatment on wall surfaces on old plastered or unplastered surfaces and preparation and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) white or tinted to achieve desired surface finish as directedincluding removing existing nails if any, any Nos and filling the disturbed /uneven surface, holes/voids with wall care putty/POP/white cement wherever required to achieve the smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L 2mm thick wall care putty on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
