Tender For Provn Of 02 X 125 Kva Diesel Generator Set With Allied Infra In The Aor Of Age E/M Under Ge 969 Ews(Job No: Xii/01/Lbcw/Stn Hq Uri/2025-26)(Job No: W/Amwp-01/Stn Hq Chowkibal/24-25); 1 Supply, Installation, commissioning and testing of 125 KVA capacity DG set water cooled (CPCB IV+ Norms compliance) developing 156 BHP @ 1800 RPM Directly coupled with 125 kVA Alternator rated at 3 Phase 415 Volts ,50 Hz and 0.8 p.f. both mounted and Aligned on Common Base Frame complete with inbuilt MS Fuel Tank, Residential Exhaust Silencer, AVM pads fitted on Base Frame 1 Nos Battery of suitable capacity for 12 Volts Operating System, KRM (Remote Monitoring) and Integrated Manual Panel with feature of Auto Start and Auto Stop subject to (Auto-Changeover in Customers Scope) with AMF Panel common steel base fixed on cement concrete in foundation as per OEM recommendation DG Set of 125 KVA platform with AMF panel as per manufacturer recommendation complete all as specified and directed including following accessories:-Notes -1. Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cable and termination from generator to the AMF panel.2.The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of oil and final successful acceptance test.3. The Plinth should be as per manufacturers recommendations and the rate of plinth/platform is deemed to be included in quoted rate.(A) ENGINE- ECO friendly for emission and noise (PCB NORM COMPLIACE) 4 stoke diesel Engine confirming to BS std developing, 1500 RPM turbocharged water-cooled complete with a provision for 10% overload for one hour on 125 KVA.(i) Fly wheel with starter ring for generating set.(ii) Dry type Air filter.(iii) Lub oil cooler assembly with accessories.(iv) Exhaust air manifold. 2 (v) Exhaust silencer.(vi) Expansion bellow. (vii) Exhaust gas turbocharger.(viii) Fuel filter (pre micro). (ix) Lubrication oil filter.(x) 12V electrical starting system with starting motor & battery charging alternator with self-starter and other auto electric accessories as recommended by manufacturer. (xiv) Safety against low lub oil pressure.(xv) Engine operation/Maintenance, spare parts Manual.(xvi) Engine test certificate.(xvii) Cold starting kit(xvii) Mechanical Governor(B)ALTERNATOR- Salient pole brushless copper wound type suitable for direct couple to engine self-excited, self-regulated with fast response thermistor type electronic automatic voltage withhold output voltage with in desired limit (+1%) dynamically balanced 400/415 volts AC 3 phase 50 HZ, 4 wire 0.8 PF lagging 125 KVA 1500 RPM star connected (4 wire) screen protected drip proof enclosures with radial fan mounted on rotor with insulation class- H suitable for ambient temperature varies from (-)4 degree C in winter to (+) 35 degree C in summer with following accessories:-(i) One MS frame suitable for mounting of Engine & alternator.(ii) Fuel tank of suitable capacity as per Manufacturer recommendation complete with fuel gauge inlet/outlet connections drain valve with plug etc. 3 iii)Battery of suitable capacity as per manufacturer recommendation with copper leads and terminalsof suitable sizeiv) One set of AVM pads fitted on base frame.(C) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE- Supply & install of Acoustic Enclosure suitable for 125 KVA DG set the degree of protection IP-42 conforming to IS - 2147 as under.i) Fabricated out of CRCA sheet of suitable thickness as per manufacture design. Polyester based powder coated internally and externally with lockable type door handle. All nuts and handles shall be zinc coated.ii) The doors are gasket with EPDM gaskets.iii) Sound proofing with high quality rock wool/mineral wool confirming to IS 8183 of 50mm thickness and density at 96 Kg /M3 covered with fibre glass cloth and perforated powder coats sheet specially designed alienators (Sound controller) at air entry and exit of the container noise level shall be not exceed 75 Db at 1 meter distance as per CPCB norms.iv) Adequate ventilation to meet air requirement for combustion and heat removal with provn of a blower.v) Emergency stop push button outside the container.vi) Provn of light inside the canopy 20W LED fitting with wiring and control switch.Notes :-(a) Any civil work reqd for installation of DG set LT panel at site shall be deemed to be included into item quoted rate.(b) Contractor shall submit the detailed specification, particular Model, Make and literature along with Drg. For approval of Accepting officer before placing of order.(c) The width (Internal depth) of LT Panel should not be less than 450mm.(d) The capacity and the make of DG Set, switch gear, accessories and other items to be incorporated into Panel board shall be as mentioned inSch A / in the list of makes attached and be got approved on the Drg. Before placing the order. 4 Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide & n exc 1.5 mtr deep in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out of soft/lose soil for taking out pipe & laying of pipe & getting outfor diverting of CI pipeline complete all as specified and directed. 5 Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 6 Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cmcomplete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for Sub class B bricks laid dry width wise across the line of cable in treanchs as cable protection complete all as specified. 9 Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured elect power cable 1100 Volts grade with standard aluminium conductor of size185 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed. 10 Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured elect power cable 1100 Volts grade with standard aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed. 11 S&F change over switch 415 Volts in sheet metal enclosures three phase four pole 200 Amps complete all as specified and directed.
