Repairs/replacement (Overhauling) of spares to 7.5KVA DG (Kirloskar) set of QC&P Division-1st HMT Srinagar -1 2 Dismantling of engine block from the DG set assembly after draining all oils, disconnecting hoses, pipes, wiring harness followed by dismantling of engine head, removing fuel pump along with nozzles, remove intake and exhaust manifold, crank shaft and piston, piston liner and taking the spares/parts to workshop for machining jobs. The job includes assembling of all the parts after carrying out necessary repairs/machining jobs and testing on load. The job includes transportation charges from Sub Division premises to firms workshop and back to the sub division after carrying out necessary machining jobs. Complete repairing of engine head by way of replacing head valve, head seat, capping, head gasket including all nuts and bolts, and testing the head assembly. 3 Machining job of the piston by way of boring, providing and fitting of piston liner, finishing of crank etc. 4 Providing and fitting of piston ring. 5 Providing and fitting of Air cleaner assembly. 6 Providing and fitting of push-rod O-ring kit 7 Providing and fitting of diesel pipes (02 nos) 8 Providing and fitting diesel filter assembly. 9 Providing and fitting of Fuel return pipe. 10 Providing and fitting of Tanky cap. 11 Providing and fitting of Tanky Stainer. 12 Complete overhauling of Fl pump including pump nozzle etc. 13 Repairing of DG set controller/control panel with wiring and allied items. 14 Providing and filling of Engine Oil to the DG Set(Slitre)
