Place a 45-GSM glass fiber mesh or 200- 225 GSM raw mesh between the first and second coats while the first coat is still wet. Allow the first coat to dry for 3-4 hours. Apply the second and third coats of two component, cold(brush/roller) applied, UV resistant hybrid Polyurethane waterproof coating with the same application coverage, but in a direction perpendicular to that of the first and second coats. Allow each coat to air cure for a minimum of 3-4 hours after application. Ensure that no void surface is left untreated or uncoated. All coats should be applied in directions perpendicular to each other, ensuring the correct consumption of material, resulting in a total dry film thickness of 1000 microns with system coverage in three undiluted coats at a rate of 1.50 Kg/ sq.mt/coat.
