Tender For Repair And Maintenance Of Ht Installations And Connected Works At Jorhat Mil Stn.; 1 Specific Notes:(a)One HS Electrician and one helper should be available for attendingday to day complaints on all days including/Sunday and holiday from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs . (b) Indls should be in possession of all required tools for rectification of complaints . (c)Labour charges and cost of required tools is deemed to be included in thequoted rate..(d) Work shall be executed by the authorised service mechanic/Electrician of manufacturer,After satisfactorily completion of servicing of HT Transformer/equipmentIf any fault occurs upto completion of contract period should be attended by concerned rep within stripulated time frame without any failure , quoted rates is deemed to be included all such charges.(e) Item no 1 to 67If any above HT Equipment and connected items become breakdown, the contractor shall locate the problem/fault at site within 12 hours on intimation by JE/Engineer-In-Charge and ensure that the fault and rectified within 48 Hours , failing which an amount of Rs 200 /- per hour will be recovered as penal recovery from any payment due to contractor after expiry of 48 hours.) 2 Dismantling insulators of any type and any size from HT 2/4 pole structures/poleafter taking proper electric shut down from Engg in Charge complete all as specified and as directed. 3 S & F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one 19 mm dia galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia with top groove suitable for 11000 volts grade after taking proper electric shut down from Engg in Charge and restored electric supply after completion of each job and maintaining their recordcomplete all as specified and directed. 4 S & F Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green,two in seriesassembly for tension with tension GI clamps, Nuts, Bolts and washer etc suitable for working pressure 11000 volts grade after taking proper electric shut down from Engg in Charge and restored electric supply after completion of each job and maintaining their record complete all as specified and directed. 5 Dismantling cross arms of mild steelchannel or angle sections etc. complete and removing unserviceable materials fromsite(s) complete all as specified and directed. 6 M & L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified & as directed. 7 Dismantling of ACSRor AAC conductor from poles of any size & capacity and unserviceable materials removing from site(s) complete all as specified and as directed 8 M&L for Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of size as per existingfor making connection at transformer, LAs, CT , PT, GOD,s & Drop out fuses etccomplete all as specified and directed. 9 M & L for Stay assemblyhaving stay rod dia 20 mm complete with all accessories such as mild steel galvanized flat iron stay clamp, all as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified andas directed.[Note : Excavation, earthwork and cement concrete work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Items of this schedule]. 10 Loop Insulator for stay assembly Overall dimensions 90 x 140 mm & clearance of hole 25.5 mm, 11 7/4 mild steel galvanized stay Strand 12 M&L in replacement for Danger notice for Two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfacesby spray painting external surfaces ofsteel tubular poles (HT/LT)/GI pipes /Panels at various Sub stations with approved colour code complete all as specified and as directed.Note:Colour code of eqpt/substation VCBs /Panels area for painting atshall got approved by GE 16 M&L for weather coat overincluding preparation of surfacesby spray painting external surfaces ofPCC poles (HT/LT) at various Sub stations with approved colour code complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 20 Laying only Bricks for HT UG cable, of any description , all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 21 Supply ,laying, jointing, commissioning & testing HT UG including taking down old unserviceable jointing kit complete all as specified and directed. 24 Supply, jointing and testing in replacement of HT cable end jointing kit for 11000 Volt grade cable cold shrinkable outdoor type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable (Earthed) of size95Sqmm including taking down old unserviceable ones complete all as specified and directed. 25 Supply, jointing and testing in replacement of HT cable end jointing kit for 11000 Volt grade cable cold shrinkable indoor type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable (Earthed) of size95 Sqmm including taking down old unserviceable jointing kit complete all as specified and directed. 26 Supply and laying in replacement of synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m 27 Supply and laying in replacement of synthetic Rubber insulated mats 3 mm thick for voltage upto 33 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, UG cable or cable protection pipe of any size including making good the disturbed surfaces by using PCC(1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregates) for 100 mm thick on top including fair finishing 75 KVA capacity by scrapping with steel wire brush/ emery paper etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint smoke grey colourusing spray painting machine complete including writing of SM No. , MES No etc. all as directed with black synthetic enamel paint on white backgroundcomplete all as specified and directed.( Necessary shut down of power supply be obtained from Engr- in -Charge before the work and supply shall be restored immediately on completion of work. 47 M & L of 4 pole/2 pole structure of 11 KV Gang operated devices Servicing, greezing,tightning of connections of conductors/HT cables,nut bolt etc,insluators(pin/disc) checking and cleaning the surfaces with CRC,aligniment of tripole gang with existing pins,jumpering,replacement of GI pipe for gang operations handle(medium garde,appx lenght 06 mtr) including clamps etc complete all as specified and directed. 48 Supply and fixing in replacement forLT bush insulator as per existing size , shape and make for 100 to 300 KVA capacity transformer. 49 Supply and fixing in replacement for LT bush insulator as per existing size , shape and make for 25 to75 KVA capacity transformer. 50 Supply and fixing in conforming to IS-335 of 1993 for filling/ topping up oil of transformer up to desired level complete all as directed. ( Dielectric strength of oil shall not be less than 40KV ) Make: GULF/POWER OIL or equivalent as approved by GE. 60 Dehydration and filtration of existing transformer oil of transformer at different location in site with filtration machine and heating system to get Di-electric strength of oil 40KV/cm minimum without disturbing the power supply system complete all as specified and as directed. 61 M & L in replacement for rewinding of HV / LV limb of transformer / Stabilizer of any capacity by dismantling and removing the burnt out copper winding cleaning of limb thoroughly and rewinding the same with supper enameled proper size copper DPC wire having class F insulationas per existing sizeof the same gauge and turn with proper class of insulation impregnated & baking, assembling and testing completesuitable for HTcoil of 11/.433 KV transformer complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge (dry type/oil type) Note: Transpotation to & fro to local/company workshop is deemed to be above quoted rates. 62 M/L for cleaning of conservator oil tank of capacity 25 to 315 KVA transformers including refixing of rubber cork gasket as per existing size complete all as specified and directed. 63 Deployment of manpower and cable fault locator machine duly mounted on vehicle for detection of HT UG cable fault of any size & make by applying upto 15 KV supply to locate the faultand any necessary arrangements required contractor should be provided Note: Payment is only applicable if req of contractor is able to traceout the fault. 64 Overhauling of up to 100 KVA capacity transformer/Isolation TR, 11 KV / 433 V, by disconnecting LT / HT connections, cleaning complete for making it carbon free, checking for any loose bushings & making it rectified if found &reconnecting withLT / HT connections, testing and commissioning on load complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following transformers. Note:-(i) Filtration of transformer oil if required will be measured & paid separately.(ii) Topping up with new transformer oil if required will be measured & paid separately(iii) Any spare Part & rewinding if found unserviceable will be measured & paid separately as supply & fix in repair. 65 All as per item No 64 above but160 to 315 KVA capacity transformer 11 KV / 433 V. 66 Cutting, trimming and prunning of trees/tree branches/creepers/climbers ofall around existing Sub Stn area up to fencing/boundry wall including cleaning the disturbed area beneath and removing the tree branches and debris from site and depositing 67 Supply and spreading 40 mm size graded stone aggregate on ground of sub station, average spreading levelling complete, all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge Note: Measurement shall be carried out for nit finished area of work executed. 68 Supply and fixing Polymer type disc insulator 11KV grey colour, GI end fitting high durability and reliable performance all as specified and directed by Engr-in-chrg.
