Tender For Special Repair To Lt Ring Main System At Af Stn Bkt; 1 Taking out old serviceable /unserviceable under ground cable from trenches/poles /pipe/floor of size 150 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. 2 Ditto all as per itme No 1 here-in-before item No 1 above but of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. 3 Supply, laying,jointingand testingin trenches or passing through pipe,1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cable confirming to IS;7098 (pt-i) 19988,heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 150sqmm 3.5 core with necessary fixing arrangements such as lugs,glands,and terminals etc.complete all specified and as directed. 4 Ditto all as per item No 3 above but XLPE Cable ofsize 95 Sqmm, 3.5 Core. Complete all as specified and directed. 5 Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep in soft/loose soil) for laying of cables or GI pipe and getting out including levelling of bottom suface to required level complete all as specified and directed. 6 Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed. 7 Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance not exc 50 m away and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 8 Supply and laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of under ground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15 cm under the cable & 8 cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness all complete as specified and as directed. (Note: only punned thickness is measured for payment purpose). 9 Supply & laying in replacement unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, Type 1, flat of size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm as a cable protection on LT underground cables complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for boring of holes under road ,pavement,hard standing by mechanically or any means as required at siteincluding GI pipe of 100 mm dia suitable for passing the electric cable complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply, installing, commissioning and testing factory madeCPRI approved LT main feeder pillar double door, outdoor type, floor mounted, powder coated made out of outside body of 3.15mm thick steel sheet , locking arrangement, front side and rear side opening arrangement of suitable size, mounted on Angle iron stand of size 50mmx50mmx6mm having minimum height 1.5 feet duly grouted or welded on floor. Aluminium bus bar of 400A rating for Phase & neutral ,4 strip installed on epoxy insulated housed in separated bus chambers covered with heat shrinkable sleeves and providing extended bus bar with chamber for outgoing cable copper control wiring of required size for instrument and including the following accessories.
