Tender For Special Repair To 11 0.433 Kv X 04 Nos Distribution Transformer Against Ber Under Ge Mis Mhow; 1 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of transformer suitable for 200 KVA (Level-2) step down floor mounted outdoor type 11/.433, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC, IS-1180 (Part-1) 2014 ISI marked, double wound core type copper wound, oil immersed, air naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, transformer delta connection on HV side and star connected on LV side in accordance with vector symbol Dyn-11 (vector group 4) with neutral brought out on LV side with for earthing and having tapping on HV side for constant out put so as to alter/vary secondary voltage by(Tapping range + 5 %to - 10% in equal step of 2.5 % ) changed by means of manualy operated off load taps changing gear. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS including first fill of transformer oil as per IS-335 and including all fittings/accessories as specified in SSR Part-I and IS-1180 (Part-1) 2014 with amendment No-04. The limit of temprature rise after continuous full load run as specified in IS-1180 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temprature of 55 degree centigrade as prevalent at Mhow. The transformer shall be complete with the following fittings and accessories :- 2 (a) Oil conservator tank with fillings holes and cap filter type drain valve and oil level gauge.(b) Silicagel breather with connecting pipe, first fill of dehydrating agent.(c) Explosion relief mounted on tank with double diaphram and equalizer pipe connected to conservator air tank (pressure release valve)(d) Air release valve plug(e) One cable box on LV side (Secondary) consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with nuts, washers & bushing rods with 01 cable gland suitable for reception of taking out suitable size cable, including gland joint.(f) Explosive vent (g) 01 No 100 mm dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with max temp indicator and resetting device incl max reading pointer washer etc. (h) Thermometer pocket on tank cover(j) 04 Nos plain solid CI detachable rollers(k) Two nos Earthing terminals marking plate.(l) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (m) Extra bushing for neutral outside the cable box brought out on LV side.(n) First filling of oil conforming to IS and tested upto 60 KV dielectric strenght.(o) Lifting lugs(p) Oil drain valve with plug 7 Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door end termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed. 8 Supply , laying, jointing and testing of undergroundHT cable XLPE insulated ,screened PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 Volts(E) grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3 Core laid in trenches/ducts/along poles/ through pipe under road etccomplete all as specified and directed. 9 Supply , laying, jointing and testing of undergroundLT cable XLPE insulated ,screened PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core laid in trenches/ducts/along poles/ through pipe under road etccomplete all as specified and directed. 10 Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep and getting out complete in soft/loose soil for taking out and laying of electric cablescomplete all specified and directed. 11 Returning filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed. 12 Removing excavated surplus materials (solls) to adistance nexc 50M and depositing where directed at a level nexc 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 13 Material and labour for dry, clean unwashed sand for cushioning to under ground cables in trenches complete all as specified and directed. 14 Supply & laying reinforced precast cement concrete cable cover class HV type I flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed. 15 All as per Item No.11, above but Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm 16 Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx 6.3mm thick buried direcly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters below normal ground lev el with the top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR part I and earth wire protected by galvanized pipe light grade 40mm bore and thorugh test point including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of strata, GI light grade 20mm bore watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chember with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 design mix cover slab with 6mm dia MS bars at 100mm c/c both ways with MS Hook 6mm dia MS bars etc complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion.
