(Banana-02, Samosa-02. Burfi-01 piece, Chips-50 grams, Water bottle 500 ml, Cold drink bottle 250 ml, (Sherbet/Shikanji/Tea/Coffee - as per the season) Note: 20 packets of snacks will be made available to the couple at the time of their presence in the program and beverages should be made available by setting up stalls (Sherbet/Shikanji/Tea/Coffee - as per the season) 12-Arrangement for food for the bride and groom and 10 persons each from their side. (Dal, rice, roti, puri, kachori, dry vegetable, mixed veg, paneer vegetable, salad, ragulla/kheer/halwa, chowmein etc.) 13- 05 kg boondi laddu each for the bride and grooms side which will be made available in a bamboo woven basket with a handle, covered with a yellow transparent wrapper. 14- Bride and groom Covered baskets of dry fruits for the party (each containing 500 grams of almonds, 250 grams of walnuts, 250 grams of makhana, 500 grams of raisins and a dry coconut) 15- Arrangements for videography of the entire event from start to finish 16- Installation of a large hoarding on the roadside at the venue (mentioning eligibility and application details for the scheme) 17- Colour printing and lamination of the marriage certificate on hard paper 18- Other miscellaneous arrangements such as refreshments/food arrangements for special guests, cultural programmes etc. 19- Other necessary arrangements, services and materials during the wedding ceremony as directed by the committee 20- Bridal make-up room at the venue with all the materials required for dressing and adorning the bride for the wedding and adequate staff (beauticians) etc. Note: In addition to the above materials, the participating firm can offer other necessary materials on its own.
