Tender For Work And Supply Of Various Material For Construction Of 33 Kv Bay At 132 Kv Sub Station Sarila Under Etd Hamirpur. - Work of Providing and Fixing of AC Power Receptacle for 33KV Bus extension for 33 KV Meerut STP Solar Bay at 132KV S/S Sarila under ETD Hamirpur 2 Supply of AC Power Receptacle with rating 3 phase 415 volt 400 Amp cubical shall be of size 1550x800x500mm with MS sheet thickness not less than 14 SWG duly power coated of good quality. The receptacle shall be provided with manually operated 1 no. 400 MCCB L&T make, 03 nos. aluminium insulated bus bar of size 25x10mm for 3 phase and 1 no. for neutral having size 25x5mm 3 no. kit kat fuses, 3 no. R/Y/B indicators for all phases L&T make. The cubical fitted with two no. 3 phase four pole TPN MCB 63 Amp and 12 nos. 3 phase four pole TPN MCB 15 Amp suitable for giving supply to 33 KV Breakers, Isolators, Lighting fixtures etc.The cubical shall have the provision of visual indication of incoming supply & indoor light fitting 09 Watt LED with the power cubical shall be weather proof. 3 Fixing of 03 Phase AC Power Recaeptacle of size 1550x800x500mm by fabricating proper frame to hold it and grouting the same with help of fasteners on block of concrete having 30 cm above ground level with mixture of 1:2:4 at the location decided by the supervising engineer.The box should consists of cable gland duly fitted in gland plate fixed on the bottom of cubical box with proper locking arrangement. work includes carriage of power receptacle to the location, inclusive of cost of labour and T&P required to complete the job satisfactorily. 4 Laying of 3.5Cx95/75/50 sq.mm LT Power cable 60 cm below the ground level after excavation and put the 1st class bricks and river sand along side of cable and back filling with proper termination on cables at both end complete with Lugs, Glands etc. of proper size. (Work includes cost of Labour and T&P required to complete the job under the guidance of Junior engineer incharge, required power cable will be provided by the department.) 5 Earthing of panel with the help of MS Flat of size 50x6 mm and connecting it with earth mat including digging and back filling and ramming as per UPPTCL practice. MS Flat will be provided by department free of cost as per actual consumption. 6 Work of Providing and Fixing of 120Watt LED light fittings for 33KV Bus extension for 33 KV Meeruet STP Solar Bay at 132 KV S/S Sarila under ETD Hamirpur 7 Supply and fixing of 120 watt LED Lamps Cropmton Greaves, Bajaj/Havells make fitting including lamp, Ballast Igniter etc. For fixing of structure including cost of all material labour and T&P for completion of work. 8 Supply and fixing of Junction Box on lighting polls of size 200x200x150mm of MS seat SWG duly painted with synthetic enamel paint box should be fixing and Backlite terminal strip of 4 Nos terminal both should be fixing on Sunmica seat and half round MS clamp with GI pipe for fixing the Junction box on the structure. 9 Supply and fixing of 16 Amp. MCB make Crompton Greaves, Bajaj/Havells make fitting on structure including cost of all material, labour and T&P for completion of work. 10 Laying of 2x2.5/4x2.5mm sq.mm PVC cable 50 cm below the ground level in PVC conduit pipe after excavation and back filling including all labour PVC pipe etc. 11 Following Works to be carried out for Integration of 01 no. 33 KV Bay for Meerurt STP Solar with existing ALSTOM make SCADA system and all associated works at 132KV S/S Sarila, with all cost of men, misc. materials and T&P etc. to complete the job satisfactorily as per direction of Supervising engineer. 12 33KV Meerut STP Solar Bay (01 no.) Integration at the existing ALSTOM make IEC 61850 based SCADA system 13 CPT cum Gateway configuration for real time data to be sent to SLDC Lucknow and ALDS Moradabad 14 Configuration of ICD/CID files for the ALSTOM make REF 615 BCPU relay 15 Supply and Installation of Fibre Optics patch cords/LIU and splicing work to make BCUs communication with existing fibre ring system. 16 Supply of Fire bucket stand made of angle iron, size 40X40X6 mm having arrangement for having 14 nos. buckets on suitable hooks made of M.S. sheets of 18 S.W.G. and printed with post office red enamel paint. The stand should be as per site requirement. 17 Supply of Fire bucket having 9 ltr. Capacity and painted with red color paint from outside & white color paint from inside written with FIRE on outer surface. 18 Supply of Flexible Copper Bond made of electrolyte copper rope of size 16X700mm tinned copper lug shall be pressed jointed both end of copper bond as per technical specification for connecting the 33 KV Meerut STP Solar bay equipments with earthing strips for strengthening the earthing for protection & metering point of view. 19 Supply of PG Clamp Panther/ Panther 20 Supply of PG Clamp Moose/ Panther 21 Supply of PG Clamp Moose/ Moose 22 Supply of Portable AFFF Mechanical Foam type Fire Extinguisgers complete with initial charge Hose pipe and all other accessories and fittings as per IS 1024 Trolley/wheel mounted 45/50 Ltr capacity. 23 Supply of Manual Carbon Di-oxide Fire extinguishers (9.0Kg) 24 Supply of Manual Carbon Di-Oxide Fire extinguishers (4.5Kg) 25 Rates qouted by the bidders shall be without taxes.
