Disc Insulator 45KN 5 (D)- 11KV Composite Polymer Pin Insulator 6 (E)- 11 KV V-Type Steel Cross Arm 65x65x6 mm 7 (F)ACSR weasel conductor 8 (G)Stay Wire 7/10 SWG. 9 (H) Cable HT XLPE 11 kv (3x70) sq.mm 10 (I) Cable Box I/D 11 kv (3x70) sq.mm 11 (J) Cable Box O/D 11 kv (3x70) sq.mm 12 (K)GI Wire 6 SWG 13 (L)GI Wire 8 SWG 14 (M)GI Wire 10 SWG 15 Dragging of PCC pole to pit site, digging of pit erection and grouting (As per RESPO norms) of 8.5 mtr long PCC pole with fixing of necessary items, such as V-type X-arm, F-bracket, 11KV Pin/Disc insulator, guarding angle(1.8 mm65x65x6) with nut & bolts its ramming as per RESSPO Specification. 16 Fixing and errection of double pole on 8.5mtr. Long PCC along with fixing of necessary hardware of doble pole alongwith necessery pin insulators and grouting as per RESPO specification and direction of E/I. 17 Fixing and errection T-Off pole single section pole along with T-Off channel clamp disc fitting & pin accessories, grouting in 1:4:8 cement sand and brick ballast as per RESPO specification. 18 Ordinary earthing by MS earth Rod 2500mm long as per RESPO Schedule. Only GI wire& Earth rod shall be supplied by the department. 19 Grouting and Nuzzling of stay set complete including fixing of necessary clamps. Accessories required including its grouting by civil material (Sand: brick ballast: cement).
