Tender For Construction Of Service Road At 130M Wide Road From Tilpta Rotary To Dfccil Flyover No-1 (Lhs), Greater Noida. - Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M and lead upto 30.00M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removaland disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer incharge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches (where machine con not reach/move)(SOR/251 (A)/4.1.1) 2 Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm. depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.(DSR-18/16.1) 3 Granular sub-base with graded material, plant mix method Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. MORTH/4.01/401(A) 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader insub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. (MORTH/4.14/406(B)) 5 Brick edging in full brick width and half brick depth including excavation, refilling and disposal of surplus earth lead upto 50 metres. 6 With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5(DSR-18/16.7.1) 7 Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen VG-10 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (MORTH 5.01/502) 8 Providing and applying tackcoat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25kg/Sqm on prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom (MORTH-5.02/503) 9 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with Higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading Premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostaticpaver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve to desired compaction as per MoRT& H Specification CLAUSE No 505 complete in all respects (Morth/5.04/505(B)) 10 Providing and laying Bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @5.40 Percent of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, and alignment rolling with smooth, wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No 507 complete in all repects. (MORTH/5.05/507(B)) 11 40mm compacted thickness with bitumen peretration of VG-30@5.4% by weight of total mix. (MORTH-507B) 12 Providing and laying of hotapplied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, Rates are inclusive of all taxes, royalty etc. all T&P/machine material and labour required for proper completion of work. (MORTH/SOR-2020/New item/Sr.No.19.01/) 13 Labour cess and GST will be paid extra as per Govt. orders.
