(Si. No. 692) 2 Excavation in foundation in ordenary soile excaveted earth to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 11/2m,in depth and earth work in embankment to be 20cm. Layer including dresing,ramming and watering the surface of the required lavel and stopes and also including 1.5cm lift and 50m lead the earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoilbank with 30m distance and also . Including royalty(S.I.251) 3 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 Coursesand :8 graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials . Labour and T@P etc. Required for proper completion of the work and complete , also including coat of formwork in foundation.(SCH 281) 4 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand20mm. (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast proportion 1:2:4 in Raft Foundation & Footing with 40mm ballast including supply of materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. (S.I. No.287). 5 M150 brick work in 1:4(1 cement and 4 coars sand) mortar in foundationincluding suplly of all materials . Labour and T&P etc. Required for proper completion of the work and complete.(305b) 6 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4) gauge approved stone Girt in proportion 1:1½:3in Columnexcluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same necessary with 24BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of materials labour and tools and plants etc required for proper completion of the work, strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-150 (Si, No- 289) 7 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in proportion 1:2:4 in Beamexcluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same necessary with 24BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of materials labour and tools and plants etc required for proper completion of the work, strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-150 (Si, No- 285) 8 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in proportion 1:2:4 in bendexcluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same necessary with 24BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of materials labour and tools and plants etc required for proper completion of the work, strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-150 (Si, No- 282) 9 P/L 25mmthick Damp Proof Coarse with cement and approved coarse sand and graded stone grid 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 course sand: 3 graded stone grid) with including water proofing materials as ordered bythe Engineer -in-charge(Si No.361) 10 Mild steel iron plain work such as reinforced cement conceete or rainforced brick work(whan not included shape in as over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper complention of the work. And including supply of steel its wastage bands hooks and authorized overiapping shall be measures upto floor two level. (Si. No. 504) 11 M-150 Class brick work 1:4 cement and coarse insand mortar in super structer in one Brick Thick wallincluding supply of all materials labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work (Si,No.305b+309) 12 12 mm thick plaster 1:4 cement and coarse sandincluding supply of all material,labourT&P … etc. required for paper wall, outer wall, and parapet completion of work . No. 583) 13 Finishing wall with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade new work (two coats applied @1.43ltr./10sqm) and including Primer coat applied @2.20kg/10sqm)(Apex, Ultima, Weither coat all quard) supply of all materials labour and T&P ..etc required for proper completion of work.(DSR-13.47.1) 14 Recovery of Brick 15 Recovery of Brick Bats 16 Mild steel iron plain of small size and suction such as holding down bolts ,hold fast ,tie road (whan not included shape in as over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper complention of the work. And including supply of steel its wastage bands hooks and authorized overiapping shall be measures upto floor two level. (Si. No. 502) 17 Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height ofwall with existing angle iron Y shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apartand with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately) DSR 2023-16.53
