Tender For Civil Foundation Of 30 Cum Repulping Tank For New Thorium Dissolution Section; 1 Earth work in excavation by (Hydraulic excavator)/manual meansin foundation trenches or drainsincluding dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within the site lead up to 50 Mtr. All kinds of soil 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 3 Providing and laying in position machine mixed and machinevibrated cement concrete ofM-30 gradereinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement as per direction of Engineer-in-chargefor all work up to Plinth level. 4 Supplying, providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary, cutting, bending binding with approved 22 gauge GI binding wires and placing in position all reinforcement (confirming to IS:1786) at and at all heights and 2mtr. depth below plinth level including fixing of cover blocks, scaffolding, all conveyance, labour, T&P etc. complete including the cost of reinforcement steel. (HYSD steel confirming to IS: 1786 will be used at site). 5 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for up to floor V level :Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete 6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for up to floor V level : Walls (any thickness) includingattached pilasters, buttresses etc 7 Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and /or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and /or alkali resisting mortar bedding and joints filled with mortars as per IS: 4457. 8 Brick work with bricks of minimum crushing strength 60 kg/cm2 in superstructure above plinth level uptofloor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand). 9 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4(1 cement:4 sand) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels
