Tender For Provision Of Arboriculture Works Including Land Development At Icgs Karaikal Under Ge (I) (Cg) Chennai; 1 Earth work in excavation in all kind of soilsby mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Supply and spread Moorum/red bajri filling in mounds mixed with antitermite liquid as per manufactures instructions laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick spread andlevelled to the shape of mound and ramming including watering complete all as specified and as directed..Note : Stack measurements shall be considreded for payment. 3 Supply and spread dry gober manure mixed with requisite quantity of pesticides (02 parts of sand + 01 parts of manure/bio fertilizer + 01 parts of red loamy virgin soil) conductive for growth of grass tuff and filled along with the graden soil in alternative layers including watering, rolling / ramming the surface to the required slope / gradient complete all as specified and as directed. I) by engaging minimum one no of Gardener and one no of helper per day maintaining grassand plants such as watering, deweeding, mowing, rolling and manuring twice with cow dung manure and neem cake and fertillising thrice annually and insecticides and fungicides sprayed as and when required and replacement of dead grass/plants till completion of Maintenance period complete all as specified and as directed. 21 M & L for 40mm thickRough dressed sand stone slab flooring, laid dry but jointed and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. 22 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 23 Plain Cement Concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed. 24 S & F MS steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts including special shaped washersetc., complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubesconforming to I.S.I 1161-1998 Grade St-240 withone shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint complete all as specified and as directed. 25 S & F Rolled Mild Steel Plates (plain or Chequered) channels, square cut or notched, forming holes, without any attachment confirming toFe-410-W(Gde- E-250) quality- B complete all as specified and as directed. 26 S&F Mild steel screw bolts(machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end andscrewed the other, orscrewed both ends, eachscrewed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,but length of bolt exc 10cm and n exc 15cm long dia of shank 11to 15mm complete all as specified and as directed. 27 S & F pre-paintedgalvalume aluminium zinc coating GI basedcorrugatedsteel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour havingtensilestrengthof 550 Mpaas inroofcovering/ cladding to wall, fixedwithselftappingscrews complete all as specified and as directed. 28 S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. 29 S& F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts complete all as specified and as directed. 30 M&L for preparing surfaces of steel and iron work of new surface of any description over 10 cm width or grithnot otherwise described applying two coats ofsynthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. 31 Supply and fixing Brass Water Sprinkler20 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.
