MAINTENANCE / REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND OTHER ALLIED E/M & B/R WORKS IN BSO YARD, MT GE OFFICE COMPLEX, OLD TELEPHONE LINE, OFFICERS MESS, NP LINE, NGBM, OGBM OFFICERS MARRIED ACCN AND OTHER CONNECTED AREA UNDER AGE E/M-I OF GE SOUTH PUNE; 1 Labour only for repair / maintenance of internal light fitting of any typelike tube lights / wall bracket light fittings / ceiling lights / bulk head light / mirror lights etc in its position, testing all the components / parts, wiring etc, identifying and taking out the defective components like holders, lamps etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:(i). Attending of one number complaint and make it functional, shall be measured as one job.(ii)Spares like capacitor, lamp holder, connector, connection wire etc. replaced against above mentioned item will be measured & paid for separately as S&F under respective items of BOQ.(iii)The contractors representative will report to concerned JE E/M at 0900hrs daily to collect the list of defects and will submit the completion report on following day before 0900hrs to the JE E/M & Engr-In-Charge. 2 (iv) The contractor shall rectify the defects and make the light fittings functional within 24 hours from the time the list of defective lights is handed over to him / his rep by the concerned JE E/M.In case the light fitting is not made functional for whatsoever reason within the specified time limit, an amount of Rs 100/- per such defective light fitting per day will be recovered from the amount due to him through RAR / Final Bill.The contractor shall engage separate team of technicians / repairerwith helperfor each at AICTS, 64 EME BN and other connected area.(v) The contractor shall maintain proper record of repair / maint in a binded compliant register and complaint slip books duly signed by the user and bringing out the details of spares replaced and get it authenticated from concerned JE E/M on daily basis. The contractor shall put up the maint record register to Engineer-in-charge for inspection every Monday or as and when asked for.
