Tender For Repair/ Maintenance To Certain Path, Hard standing And Roads Furniture At Mil Stn Kalka Under Ge (I) Jutogh; 1 Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and direceted. 2 M&L for broken stone or boulders as hardcore of guage exe 63mm but n exc 100 mm,deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thik, watered and rolled/ rammed to a true surface complete all as specificed and directed 3 M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles pre polished 30cmx30cmx22-25mm thick, over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors, complete all as specifiedand directed. 4 M&L for 75 mm thick,PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor, complete all as specified. 5 M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for 100mm thick, PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for providing of sand cushoing of 40 mm thick below paver block, complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 100mm thickness, M-50 Gradewith grey cement and pigment, laidover sand cushioningand joints filled with sand, complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc., complete all as specified and directed. 12 S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed. 13 Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.
