Tender For Special Repairs Of Lt Panel, Lt Switch Gear And Allied Works Of East Area Under Ge (West) Bareilly; 1 Taking out old defectivecable from trenches/ floor/road/wall/pipe/pole /service connections of any size , testing with LT magger , seggregating the serviceable part of cables and storefor relaying completeall as specified & directed. Note :Excavation and earth work will be paid and measured separately in relevant item. 2 Supply and laying in replacement ofXLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade, laid in trenches/ducts, fixed on wall/inside panel, drawn through pipe of cross sectional area240 Sq mm 3.5 core all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate deemed to be inclusive of connection including cable glands and lugs. 3 All as per Ser item No 2 here-in-before but 25 Sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed. 4 Relaying only serviceableLT UG Cable obtained from Srl item No 1 of any size and discription includingnecessary cable lugs. Note :- All relevent items like excavation, earth work tc shall be paid and measured seperately. 5 S&F in replacement loop-in-loop out box of size 30x20x20cm made out from 1.6mm thick PVC sheet weather proof, dust and vermin proof with hinged door and locking arrangements with slanting cover on top and provision of 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of size 25mm x 2mm-4 Nos fixed on insulator and one MCB of capacity 6 Amps complete fixed on pole with and including suitable size MS flat iron clamps, nuts,bolts & washers including taking down old unservicable box etc complete all as specified and directed 6 Supply and installing commissioning and testing cubical type LT Panel in replacement outdoor type of 1.50 x 1.40 x 0.60 mtr CPRI certified factory made cubical type weather and vermin proof fixed on and including ventilation and louvers arrangement PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of required/suitable size and as directed at site with angle iron frame of size 50x50x6mm, 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 HZ fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet including two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of primer red oxide and keeping adequate working space inside of the box (outer width of the box not less than 45cm and gap between bus bar not less than one inch) and double door handle including locking arrangement including taking out old LT Panel from existing site as directed before manufacturing the panel.The drawing of the feeder pillar box will be approved by Engr-in-Charge and the same have the following electric controls :- 7 Incoming :- (i)Insulated epoxy coated high conductivity aluminium bus bar 400 Amps of suitable size for phase andneutral complete all as specified and directed. (iv) Digital Amp meterwith suitableresin cast CT and selector switch – 01 (At main out going) (v)LED Indicating lamp assembly R,Y,B Phase – 03 SetOutgoing :-(i)MCCB 400 Amp50KA, 4 pole, 415 volts 50 Hz– 02 Nos(ii) Space for 250 Amps spare MCCB 10 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of under ground cable and foundation of poles complete all as specified and directed. 11 Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed. 12 Removing of excavated soft/loose soil not exc 50 m & depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above from starting point completed all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm after laying of cable in trenches, punning complete all as specified and directed Note:- Punning thickness of 18 cm will be considered for payment. 14 M & L for brick protection to cable using old size sub class Bbricks, laid flat/lengthwise perpendicular to the axis of cable all as specified & directed. 15 Relaying of Old brick recovered during excavationfor protection of cablecomplete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L for Boring of holes under road /pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means for 100/80 mm bore at the depth not less than 1 mtr below ground level for crossing the cable and making good both the ends complete all as specified and directed.Note :- GI pipe shall be measure and paid separately under respective item. 17 S & F in replacementGI pipe light grade of following dia for cable protection, fixed to pole/ alongwall/ floor/ under road/ across the drain or nallaha etc including taking down old unsv GI pipe complete all as specified & directed. (a)50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. 18 ditto but of size80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. 19 Dismantling of LT PCC/steel tubularpole incl coping, foundation etc and serviceable insulators from poles for reuse and shifting of poles to E/M yard or any other location complete all as specified and as directed 20 Supply and erection, in truly vertical position, LT Steel tublar swaged pole in replacement complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolt , nut and screwed type 410 SP 31, 09 mtrs longClass -10 including painting of poles with two coats of synthatic enamel paint in black and white strips upto 1.5 mtr height from coping over a coat of red oxide primer including numbering of poles as directed by Engineer in charge. Make : Bansal/Jindal/National tube.Note : PCC, Earth work and MS work as cross arms clamps etc will be measured and paid separately. 21 M&L for PCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in coping to the poles complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using (40 mm graded aggregate in foundation, filing and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L for earthing complete with galvanised iron steel earth plate of size600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to thick electrode and 32x6 mm GI strip as earthingby means of nuts bolts check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earth strip protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 precast RCC cover slab 54 x 54 cm x 5 cm with reinforcement with 8 mm TMT bars @ 150 C/C with one handle and funnel for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers & necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shwon in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion including taking out old unsv earthing all as specified and directed.
