(Each line wire to be measured) 10 Applying two Coats of cement base paint including priming new plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint newly plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L applying one coat of cement base paint including preparation of old plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed. 12 Prepartion of steel and iron surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed. 13 Prepartion of old steel and iron surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamal paint, complete all as specified and directed. 14 Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in anypositionnot otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed. 15 Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix)type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate)as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed. 16 Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. on flat rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed. 17 TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed. 18 TMT steel bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. 19 Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed. 20 S&Fpre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an color having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. 21 NOTE :-An amount of Rs. 62100.00 on account of Credit Schedule for Schedule A Part-II shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
