Tender For Repair Maintenance Of Damaged Wornout Ci Gi Pipe Lines And Allied Works For Raksha Vihar Area Under Gei R And D Kanpur; 1 Excavation in trenches, for laying of pipe line not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 3 Removing excavated material in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting pointcomplete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for cutting of PCC/Hard standing/WBM road not exceeding 30 cm in depth not exceeding 60 cm in width for passing of GI/CI pipes all as specified and directed .Note : Making good with PCC shall be measured and paid separetely under respective item. 5 M&L for cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded granite stone aggregate for repairing to disturded surfaces complete all as directed. 6 Taking up cast iron water mains 150 mm bore (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints, including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed. 7 All as per Item No 6.00 above but 100 mm bore. 8 All as per Item No 6.00 above but 80 mm bore. 9 M&L for cast iron pipes in replacement 150 mm bore with with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast, class LA, ISI marked in any length laid in trenches including rubber gaskets and insulation material complete all as specified and directed. 10 All as per Item No 9.00 above but 100 mm bore. 11 All as per Item No 9.00 above but 80 mm bore. 12 M&L for replacement of cast iron special fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch.Y junction double branch cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collers, caps and plugs for upto 150 mm bore in mm all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for replacement ofconnecting pieces one end flanged and other socket or spigot and bell mouth pieces one end flanged other end tapering as bell mouth for upto 150 mm bore all as specified and as directed 14 M&L for replacement of gland packing of sluice valveof suitable size 80 mm to 200 mm bore including nut ,bolt and washer complete. 15 Material & Labour to repair leakages through lead joints from existing CI pipe, fittings, tee, bends tail pieces, connecting pieces etc by using previously usedand additionalrun lead , spun yarn including caulking to make the joints water tight including excavation works as required complete all as specified and directed for the following bore pipe line :- 150 mm bore pipe 16 All as per Item No 15.00 above but 100 mm bore pipe. 17 All as per Item No 15.00 above but 80 mm bore pipe. 18 Attendingof day to day complaints of external water supply of any floor and all nature i.e. leakage in water pipe lines ,fittings /fixture , no water supply including all type of complaint noted in complaint register all complaints slips received from the complaint cell and deposit the complaint slip after reactification and obtained signature of users with necessary T & Pwith experianced trade man with GI fittings i.e. elbow, tee, reducer, union, long screw socket, nipple ,plug etccomplete all as directed . Note : The complaint shall be attended and defect shall be rectified with in 24 hrs commencing from the date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 100 per complaint per day shall be recovered from BIll. 19 Taking up/ down of following bores of steel tubing and connections from excavated trenches and building up to tripple storey with due care from site complete all as specified and directed :- 15 mm nominal bore 20 All as per Item No 19.00 above but 20 mm nominal bore. 21 All as per Item No 19.00 above but 25 mm nominal bore. 22 All as per Item No 19.00 above but as bends, elow, tees, connectors, caps, plugs, unions etc) including cutting, screwing as required and fixed to wall or roof or laid in plinth protection floor including fixing wall hooks,cutting through wall, floors etc and making good the disturbed surface with cement mrtar 1:3 after fixing the tubes complete all as specified and directed :- 15 mm nominal bore 25 All as per Item No 24.00
