Tender For Renovation Work Of Guru Tegh Bahadur Chowk In City Zone. - Dismantling reinforced cement concrete or reinforced brick work including stacking of materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 metre (200 feet). 2 S/L P:C:C (1:6:12) with 40 mm gauge brick ballast ,fine sand of 1.25 f.m and cement in foundation and under floor including all materials, labour, tools, & plant etc all completed as per the direction of engineer - in - charge.{ AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 18 SI NO 5.01 ITEM NO 273 } 3 R.C.C work with cement ,approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors &windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending ,but including its fixing and binding wire including necessary cantering and shuttering etc .and supply of all materials,labour, tools& plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. the rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.(AS PER PWD SOR 2020/283 a .) 4 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening ,cutting ,bending,placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level mild steel and medium tensile steel bars DSR 2023 ITEM N.5.22.1 5 Precast terrazo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of sizes upto 12 mm, in skirting and risers of steps not exceeding 30 cm in height, on 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of : 6 Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface of ail dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete. 7 Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). 8 M.S. or iron work of small sizes and section such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie rods grating etc. wrought to required from including supply of steel bolts, nuts wastage etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of the work. 9 Statue with installations 10 Supply, Installation and commissioning of Lamp Post around the junction for walkway from the approved manufacturer 11 Water Supply and fittings @ 10% of Civil works. 12 GST
