Tender For Addition Alteration To Internal Roads Alonwith Perimeter Road At Hemrl Under Ge I Rnd Pashan, Pune; 1 Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, All kinds of soil, complete all as specified and directed. 2 Material and labour for Hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc.100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc.15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed. 3 Material and Labourfor PCC 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size Recycled Aggregate (RA), complete all as specified and directed. 4 Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work, using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from using recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) as coarse aggregate and fine aggregate within the permissible utilization, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland/Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, for the following grades of concrete, Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc, complete all as specified and directed. 8 Material and labour, Factory made of Rubber moulded glossy finish, kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm),laid onsides of paths / road /including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed. 9 Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs, edgings etc as in kerb stone, as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), including the cost of required centering, shuttering, 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) including manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25% : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size including Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25%)), complete all as specified and directed. 10 Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. 11 Material and Labour for Rendering 15 mm cement plaster of mix cement mortar.1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), complete all as specified and directed. 12 Providing and laying 110mm bore single socket PVC pipe (SWR) pipe, in any length with rubber ring joints layed to PCC floors, foot path etc, complete all as specified and directed. 13 Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty), R.C.C. pipe 450 mm dia with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete all as specified and directed. 14 Material and labour for Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1km (by mechanical means), complete all as specified and directed. 15 Material and labour for Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, including preparation, consolidation and rolling with power road roller of 8-12 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density, complete all as specified and directed. 16 Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on primed WBM surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and directed. 17 Providing and applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.7 to 1.0 Kg/sqm on surface of WMM / WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and directed. 18 Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specification, On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg / sqm, complete all as specified and directed. 19 Providing and laying Bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment, including preparation andconsolidation of Bituminous concrete rolling with power road roller of 8-12 tonne capacity with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, 50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity, complete all as specified and directed.Notes :- (a) DBM shall be as per MORTH specifications including minimum binder content mention therein and as detailed in particular specifications.b) Supply and mixing of hydrated lime or cement or both in case TSR is less than 80%is deemed to be included rate quoted. 20 Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications, On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg / sqm, complete all as specified and directed. 21 Providing and laying Semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers,laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment, including preparation andconsolidation of Semi-dense bituminous concrete rolling with power road roller of 8-12 tonne capacity rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, 30mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG- 30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity, complete all as specified and directed.Notes:- (i)Thickness of semi dense asphaltic concrete and quantities of materials as mentioned in particular specifications/SSR are the minimum. The quoted rate shall also be deemed to include for provision of more materials in comparison to those mentioned/specified in the item, if required, to achieve the required level, gradient, camber and
