Tender For Special Repair To Internal Pathways At Jhakri.; 1 Demolition of PCC in ground floorand pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground levelincluding removal of rubbish out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed. 2 Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed inany mortar and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2, (Using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for 60mm thick colouredrubber moulded glossy finish machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block,M-35 Grade with pre-polished, coloured/ laquar finish any shape and size, as approved by GE confirming to IS 15658-2006 with and including over 25 mm thick stone dust/ sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for rubber moulded coloured glossy finish chequered cement concrete tiles, ISI Marked, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) for following size of tile complete all as specified and as directed:- 7 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick 8 M&L forPCC (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Pre-cast cementconcrete blockmasonry withsolid blocks, exc 10cm in width and set in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:4) surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, as inlintels upto1.5m clearspan,cills,steps; seismicand other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets andrailings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs not providedfor in Item 04028, watertroughs and the like includingweathering,slightly roundedor chamfered angles andthroating,complete all as specified and directed. 11 Dismantling of cast iron, PVC or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required of following size complete all as specified & directed :- 12 100mm bore 13 S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints and laid in trenches or in floor of following size complete all as specified and as directed :- 14 110 mm bore
