Tender For Repair And Protective Work Of Approach Road Of Mala River Bridge Between Venipur To Khamghat Under Special Repair Year 2025 & 26 - Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. 2 Excavation in foundation in ordinarysoil, loame, clay or sand including lift upto 1.5 m & Iead upto 30m Including filling watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & the sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. Grade M 10 4 Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:4 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications Clause no.600,1200&1203 5 Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) , 15 mm thick on brick work in super structure as per Technical specification clause 613.4 & 1204. 6 Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 P.C.C. Grade M 20 7 Providing and Layingfilter meterialunderneath pitching in slope Complete as per drawing and technical Specification clause 1302 8 Providing and laying pitching on slopes laid boer prepared filter media as per drawing and technical specification clause 1302 9 Providing and laying pitching on slopes laid boer prepared filter media as per drawing and technical specification clause 1302(only Labour Rate) 10 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing bymix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specificatin Clause 401. 11 Construction of unreinforced, plain cement concrete pavement thickness as design, over a prepare subbase, 43 grade cement for any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 (grade), coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix desing, laid in approved fixed side from work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels rakes, compacted using needle and plate vibrator and finished in continous opreation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joint approved curing of concrete slabs for 14 days with water finishing to line and grade as per drawing and techenical specification clause 1501 of MoRD
