Tender For Interior & Furnishing Work Of Proposed Pbb Raigarh - Branch Mode of Measurements: Area of exposed and finished surfaces will be measured 1 False Ceilings : Note : i) Rate to be included for all kinds of profiles and cut outs required for light fixtures, Speakers, Smoke detector, trap doors and AC grill in the ceiling. Provision for light fittings, AC grills and diffusers have to be made at no extra cost supported with tees, Angles, etc. suitably fixed all complete as per drawing and direction. The area of these cutouts which is less than 0.5 sqmt for one unit will not be deducted while measuring the ceiling area. ii) The contractor must coordinate with electrical & AC contractor for working out various levels for the false ceiling & make the marking on the walls / columns before starting the false ceiling work. 1.1 Gypsum Board False Ceiling : Sqmt 97.00 Providing, making and fixing Gypsum Board False Ceiling straight or curve any profile of reputed make which includes G.I. Perimeter Channels of size 0.55mm thick (having One Flange o BWP Boards & ply : Green Ply , Duro, Century, Kitply 2. Synthetic Enamel paint/ Oil Bond distemper/primers : Asian, Shalimar, Nerolac 3. Prelaminated Boards : Novapan, Kitlam, Archidlam, 4. Locks : Godrej, Harrison, ECIE 5. Brass/powder coated fittings Hardwares : Pallidium, Balbehari 6. Glass (Plain) : Modi float, Trivani Float , Saint Gobian 7. Hardware fittings : Locks, Everite, Bhandari, ABCO 8. Glue : Fevicol, Vemicol , Kitcol 9. M.S. Screws : Nettle Fold 10. Pre laminated particle board : Novapan., Archid, bhutan 11. Laminates : Green lam, Veer, Royal touch lam, sunmica 12. Rubber : MM Foam, Modi Foam 13. Polyurethane foam : ISI Marked
