Tender For Reconstruction Work On Hussainpur To Chhabdi Road - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 2 Providing & applying primercoat withbitumen emulsion (SS) onthe prepared granularBase incliuding clearning of road surface and sprayingprimer at the rate0.60 kg/sqm using mechancial meansas per Technical Specification Clause 502.[Excluding cost of Bitunen] 3 Providing & applying tack coat with V.G.-10 bitumen at the rate of0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granularsurface treated with primer cleaned with hydroulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 4 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 508. as per direction of Engg-in-Chargecomplete in all respects but excluding GST. 5 Cleaning the premix surface and laying seal coat type C with 6.7 mm nominal size grit (passing 9.5 mm sieve & retained on 2.36 mm nomianl sieve) and bitumen including heating the paint and grit upto required temperature and mixing including cartage of material at site, and including maintenance of side patries and watering them during operation of work complete as per specification and also including all labour, material T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by the Engineer-in-charges work . 6 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5
