Miscellaneous Day To Day Maintenance Work At Erp Building In Alttc Ghaziabad During 2025-26.; 1 All itemsContained in Delhi schedule of Rates 2023 for Civil works with Upto date correction slips. Deduct Correction factor on existing DSR-23 items i.e. a factor of 0.027 on DSR-23 items (100000*0.027= -2700)Deduct for 10% CP & OH instead of 15% on DSR 2023 item by multiplication factor of 5/115( 100000*5/115 = -4348) 2 Repairs to side hung steel window leaves of size 450x1200mm approx. against improper functioning including replacing the existing faulty hinges by box type hinges, making good the jambs and soffits for free movement of window leaves complete as per of direction Engineer in charge. 3 Removal of chockage of floor trap, Nahani trap, water closet and associated C.I.pipe and bend to effect smooth flow of wastes by pressure pushing, flexible wire and taking out refuses and dispose off etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. 4 Cleaning of all manhole/chambers of all size in the compound,&complete removal of earth, silt slush, brick bats, garbages and other refuses, disposing off the same to the dumping site in township complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge . ( Sweeping cleaning of manhole / chamber shall be done once in a three month normally but the frequency may be changed as per site requirement ). Note : Rate including the cost of cleaning of manhole / chamber, dewatering, if required including removing of manhole/chamber cover and keeping the same back in position will be made for each cleaning of manhole. 5 Cleaning of sewer line of S.W pipe/R.C.C pipe including complete, removal of earth, silt, slush, brick bats, garbage and other refuses, disposing off the same to dumping site in township complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge. Note : Rate including the cost of cleaning of manhole / chamber, dewatering, if required including removing of manhole/chamber cover and keeping the same back in position will be made for each cleaning 6 Labour work for attending and rectifying day to day plumbing maintenance complaints by engaging an assistantplumber for one month, for various buildings inclufing technical building and staff quarters. The rate is inclusive of all T&P required, scafflodings, jhula, ladder etc., and all necessary safety measures for working on external surface. All materials required for maintenance works shall be paid in seperate item.the complaints shall be attended at once during working hours or at any time as per requirement. No transportation charges will be paid for attending the complaints at various locations under Ghaziabad SSA. All complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. 7 Providing carpenter as and when required for attending all day to day complaints ofcarpentry works such as repair of doors , windows , cupboard shuttersas per requriment on need basis for all jobs in one working dayi/c cost ofscrews ,nails, fevicol clamps etc.(The material required for attending the complaints shall be arranged by the contractor at site and will be paid under sub headsupply of material of the agreement except cost of all T&P for attending the work shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid. 8 Labour (Beldar) supply for miscellanious work such as cleaning of terrace, grass cutting ,help to plumber etc on daily bases as per requirement and direction of Engineer in charge. 9 Credit of old un- serviceable materials recovered from dismantling / demolishing from work: ( NOTE :It shall be ensured that material are in broken / damaged and completely unserviceable condition for which test check shall be carried out by the Engineer - in -charge before effecting payment ): a) Brass / CP Brass items such as bib cock, stop cock ,pillar cock gate valve and other fitting etc. 10 Credit of old un- serviceable materials recovered from dismantling / demolishing from work: ( NOTE :It shall be ensured that material are in broken / damaged and completely unserviceable condition for which test check shall be carried out by the Engineer - in -charge before effecting payment ): b) Old Unserviceable C.I./G.I./M.S. Items 11 Credit of old un- serviceable materials recovered from dismantling / demolishing from work: ( NOTE :It shall be ensured that material are in broken / damaged and completely unserviceable condition for which test check shall be carried out by the Engineer - in -charge before effecting payment ): c) Old Unserviceable Aluminium Items 12 Dismantling/ Taking out existing aluminum door shutters and re fixing in position after necessary repairs required for smooth functioning of the door shutter but excluding cost of fixing new floor spring, pivots and extruded aluminium sections and other fittings etc., all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. 13 Hiring of Electric Welding Machine at site for miscellaneous repairs including carriage, electrode etc. for a full working day with one assistant black smith and one beldar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 14 Providing various sanitary/ water supply fittings/ items of approved and ISI quality as decided by the Enginner in charge for day to day maintenance works. (Note: Labour shall be covered in the relevant agreement item.) : a) Washing Jet spray. : (i) PTMT (Prayag or equivalent) with 1.0 metre long tube.
