Tender For Repair And Painting Work Of Staff Quarters Located In Ward-69 Lohianagar Tank Compound. - Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 metre (200 feet). 2 Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuseas directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 metre (200 feet). 3 12 mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand of1.25 fineness modules in (1:4) over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all material, labour, tools & plant etc required for proper completion of the work. (AS PER PWD SOR 2022 PAGE NO 36 SI NO 13.11 NEW ITEM ) 4 Providing wall putty on old surface with approved quality material of Berger/ J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats 5 Finishing wall with weather coat of approved make and quality on old surface with two or more coat to give an even even shade after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droping and other foreign matters and sand papered smoothincluding supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plant etc. required for proper completion of the work. 6 Painting or varnishing with valsper or other approved high grade enamelor superior synthetic clean varnish complete one coat overpreviouslypaintedsurfaceincluding supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
