Damp proof course with C.C. (1:2:4) using 12mm. Size hard broken granite Chips per1 Sqm.(See Page no-91,Itemno 20 of AoR-06) 5 Brick work Fly Ash Brick in C.M (1:6) in Foundation including cost, conveyance and royalty and watering for curing etc complete. 6 Brick work Fly Ash Brick in C.M (1:6) in Superstructure including cost, conveyance and royalty and watering for curing etc complete. 7 12 mm. thick C.P (1:6) with all cost, conveyance and royalty etc. all complete. 8 Fixing Dholpuri Stone in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1(1cement : 1sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excludingcost of precast tiles (See Page no-89,Itemno 16 of AoR-06) 9 Fixing Granite tiles in dados skirting and risers of stepson 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of precast tiles. per 1 sqm (See Page no-90,Itemno 17 of AoR-06) 10 Finishing surface of walls with Cement based wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of caffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete. 11 Priming 1 coat with any appproved Primer (Labour only)including cost of primer etc. complete 12 Finishing walls with weather coat paint over a primer coat paint. etc. all complete. 13 Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for providing Mild Steel tubular, Post or rectangular purlins with runners bracing for tubular trusses made out of ERW tubes of O.D.76.1 mm and 3.15 mm thick Grade YST 210 conforming to ISS no.1161/79 (3rd Revision) duly painted with red oxide primer etc. complete. 14 Supplying fitting & fixing of Precoated Galvanized iron Profile sheet semi gloss of 1000mm width & total coated thickness 0.50mm in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys, wind ties etc. complete including cost ofsheet& allfitting (per 1 Sq.
