    Tender for Preparatory Works For Safety Week At Naigaon Deep Ocm And Neeljay Deep Ocm Under Neeljay Sub Area Of Wani Area.Nit No.: Wa4350-Civ-E-061-2025-26-1 Colour washing such as green, blue or buff to give an even shade : old work (one or more coats) 2 White washing with lime to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats) 3 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour all complete:New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre 4 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work sqm 5 Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. 6 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, ifnishing and reinforcement- All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). 7 Brick work with fly ash bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 8 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate 9 12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) 10 Contractual assistance for miscelleneous work such as shifting of equipments and other preparatory work. (Minimum 06 nos man power to be provided) 11 Letter writing /poster including cost of all makeup and labour complete as per instructon of EIC.
