Tender For Works Of Vidhayak Nidhi And Other Works Etc. Under Deposit Head In Baldev Road, Mauja, Lohvan In The Area Of Edd-Laxminagar, Mathura - Carriage of 11 Mtr Long ST Pole from 132 KV Store Center Mathura to site of work through the Kacha and Pakka road including the work of its loading and unloading at the respective ends including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.(Distance 00-70 Kms.) Carriage of 33 KV XLPE Cable size 3x300 sq.mm. Cable form Store Center Mathura/Agra including cost of shifting of drum from inside of store, removing of cable from drum and re-rolling of extra removed cable including loading & unloading at both ends. Carriage of Line material i.e. conductor, G.I. wire TPMO stay rod, disc insulator, cross arm, Angle channel and other required material from Store Center at 132 KV substation Mathura to the site of work including loading and unloading of material at both ends. Erection of Four pole structure STP Pole by digging of pits fitting of all relevant accessories as per RESPO norms. Erection of Double pole structure 11 Mtrs on ST Pole by digging of pits fitting of all relevant accessories as per RESPO norms. Installation of stay set with grouting and nuzzling etc. as per RESPO drawing along with all routine material to be used for such works. Earthing of poles by fixing earthing rods and binding with earth wire as per standard norms including cost of labour T&P and required material for such work. Laying, sagging stringing and binding of ACSR Dog Conductor on the erected STP including jumpering as per RESPO manual. Painting of pole with All. Paint by providing all materials Painting of pole with Red oxide Paint by providing all materials Laying of 33 KV XLPE Cable size 3x300 sq.mm. in the trench/G.I pipe/HDPE pipe with loop etc. and re-dressing of trench after laying of XLPE Cable for proper completion of work as per direction of supervising engineer. Providing & Fixing/Filling of cable jointing kit O/D suitable for 33 KV 3X300 sq.mm as per direction of supervising engineer. Grouting of ST pole in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand and brick ballast as per standard norms, including cost of all grouting material. Dismantling and carriage of following materials from pit site to JE store/store center Mathura in distance range 0 to 50 km. including loading & unloading and proper stacking. (i) 9 Mtr. Long PCC Pole - 1 No.(ii) 11 Mtr. Long ST Pole - 1 No.(iii) ACSR Dog Conductor - 124.11 KG.(iv) Xarm - 20 No. Laying of overhead 33 KV XLPE 3x300 mm2 for D/P as per direction of supervising engineer. Providing & installation/erection of GI Pipe 6 dia as per direction of supervising engineer.
