Tender For Repairing Work Of Cross Regulator Gates At Km 110.624 And Escape At Km 110.598 Of Jaunpur Branch - Greasing oiling of component of lifting mechanism of gates (excluding rollers, drum gear pinion) after proper cleaning with replacing grease cup/grease nipple as required including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required proper completion of work. 2 General reparing and servicing of central hand drive unit system by dismantling & changing required damage/broken spare parts & reassembling, fitting, greasing & testing including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work 3 Opening of main gear box reparing of gear teath and fitting complete with all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work. 4 Open and fitting of big gear by completely charge of compling & fitting of nul bolt with all material, labour and T&P required for proper competion of work. 5 Replacing of musical note type side rubber seal 120*12 mm, 45m note dia as per IS Code 11855 by removing old/damaged side tuber seal from gate,scraping and clening surface, making holes, fixing and clamping the M.S. plate by new counters sunk head high tensil bolts, nuts and washer, making adustment as per required for proper completion work. 6 Replacing of bottom ruber seal size 80*20 mm, as per IS Code 11855 by removing old/damaged side tuber seal from gate,scraping and clening surface, making holes, fixing and clamping the M.S. plate by new counters sunk head high tensil bolts, nuts and washer, making adustment as per required for proper completion work. 7 Painting of Superstructure of gateby applying 01 coat of red oxide zink chromet primer and 02 coat of hight glass synthetic enemal paint of standard make after proper cleaning, scraping surface including cost of materials, labour, T&P and scaffolding bridg for two coat 8 Painting of gate and appurtences by applying 01 coat of red oxide zink chromet primer and 02 coat of hight build black bituminous paint of standard make after proper cleaning, scraping surface including cost of materials, labour, T&P and scaffolding bridge with proper safety arrangement as required for proper complection of work. 9 Scraping old white wash/colour wash/ distemper cement paint including disposal of refuse as directedby the Engineer-in-charge 10 Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade Old work (Two or more coats on existing cement paint surface applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm. 11 Arrangement of generator set with welding machine, gass cutter T&P, welder, labour for cutting of various parts of gate and refitting of gate part, loading unloading and carriage gate opening and installation by chain pully for gate. 12 Providing & installation of 50mm daimeter spindle rod including cost of material with square thread. 13 Providing and fixing of thrust bearing for steel gate including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. for proper completion of work. 14 Providing & fixing C.I. nut with squire tread ( 150X125X125 with 50 mm dia hole )including cost of all material labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 15 Providing of Gate Openers. 16 Oiling & Greasing steel regulater gate including cleaning of spindle rod, chuck nut and locking system, with mobile oil, grease, kerosene, cotton, labour T & P etc.
