Tender For Replacement Of Landing-H Light Indicator At Jpni Airport Patna.; 1 Supply of LED type Landing T (Landing Direction Indicator, LED lamp illuminated) as per ICAO with 9-watt LED lamp mounting with breakable coupling, Glass dome, porcelain holder, powder coated in aviation yellow colour operating with 220 V, 50hz power supply. 2 Installation, Testing & Commissioning of LED type Landing T (Landing Direction Indicator, LED lamp illuminated) with all accessories etc complete nearby runway at specified location in operational area as per ICAO annex 14 and as directed by EIC. 3 Supply of FAA/ICAO/DGCA CAR Compliant Unidirectional Runway Guard Light fitting with Two elevated LED type fixed focus High intensity fixture complete consisting of two alternating Yellow flashing lights complete with holder, lens/spreader glass lens holding mechanism reflector assembly breakable coupling mounting assembly gaskets and two pin secondary lead plug 2.5 Sqmm suitable for connection with isolating transformer base plate with stainless steel bolts spring and plain washers etc meeting to specification as required. 4 Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Elevated type LED uni directional Runway Guard Light with all accessories etc complete on existing taxiway for runway holding position as per ICAO annex 14 and as directed by EIC. 5 Supply of 100 W, 6.6A / 6.6A rating 5KV, 50 Hz individual lamp series type Isolating Transformer suitable for above installation encapsulated in polyester resin & finally moulded in neoprene rubber with primary and secondary connection leads complete and confirming to tenders technical specifications, terms & conditions etc. complete as required. 6 Installation, Testing & Commissioning of new Isolating transformer i/c connection with primery and secondary lead cable etc. complete as required. 7 Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5-metre-long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. 8 Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required. 9 Excavation & refilling for cabletrench in soft soil up to 1.2 mtrs including dressing of sides and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres. 10 Laying ofHDPE pipe upto 110 mm dia direct in ground including excavating the earth and laying of pipe in trench in such a way that the top of pipe shall not be less than 750 mm below the ground level and also refilling with excavated soil etc. complete as required. (This item will be paid only where HDPE pipe is laid direct in ground without HDD method) 11 Laying of 1 no. PVC insulated and PVCsheathed stranded copper conductor airfield lighting cable of grade not exceeding 5 kv of sizenot exceeding 16 sqmm in existing RCC/Hume/HDPE/stoneware/GI pipe complete as required.
