    Interior Works Ratnapur Branch, Ratnapur False ceiling - Grid Providing & fixing in position false ceiling in Armstrong or equivalent 600 x 600 mm x15/16 mm Dune Supreme RH 99 Prima tile with Tegular edge framework as specified by Armstrong Co. with suspenders wherever required. Making necessary cut-outs for diffusers, light fittings, etc. taping and finishing to proper line & level, including making grooves and trap doors in 18mm thick M.R. Grade Plywood with Stainless Steel hinges & locks with moulding 1” x 1” for edges including finishing with White Plastic Emulsion Paint complete in all respects.(Note:- Only the plan area will be measured for payment. No extra payment will be made for cut-outs, grooves, mouldings etc.) measurement L X soffit of false ceiling SM 95 2 Internal wall panelling / column cladding Providing & fixing wooden panelling of size 2X 1 fixed at 2 centre to centre, covered with 9mm commercial ply confirming to IS 303. The exterior surface to be finished with 1mm thick laminate as specified in drawing. SM 45 3 Main Entrance Door Providing and fixing fully glazed door made out of 100mmx75mm teak wood for the frame work and the door shutter frame of size 1 1/2 x 5. Including finishing and polishing the wooden surfaces with sealer-melamine matt finish tinted to approved colour and shade. The filler shall be of 12 mm thk. Clear toughened glass
