holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out,and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface, complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Exacvating over areas n n. exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Removing excavated material n. exc 50m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed. 4 M&L forpavings ,mix of flyash, clinker & stone dust in the proportion of 1:3:6 (ie 10% fly ash, 30% clinker and 60 % stone dust) laying in layers n. exc 10cm thick, watering, ramming and compacted with vibratory/ power roller 8 to 12 tonn roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge, laid in layers n. exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and blinded with earth and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M&L for Hardcore using Broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, all as specified and as directed. 6 M&L for Plain cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass filling, all as specified and as directed. 7 M&L for Cement concrete type C 2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed. 8 M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidaion, all as specified and as directed. 9 M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking prepolished paver block colouredany shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment, all as specified and as directed. 10 Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including marking joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not more that 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete as specified and as directed. 11 M&L for preparation of concrete kerb stone or plaster surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of water based floor coat paint emulsion over one coat of self priming coat emulsion by diluting with 30% to 40% watercomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 12 Supplying and laying of PVC underground drainage sewer system pipe bearing 160 mm dia SN 4 including jointing with couplar, bend tee as per site requirement complete laid in trenches or floors complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for Plain Cement concrete of Type C-1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for forming fair finished drainor channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. 15 Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, all as specified and as directed. 16 S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators frame and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling upthe gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per thedirections of Engineer-in-Charge. 17 S&FPowder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever
