Tender For SPECIAL REPAIR TO Badabagadar Chhak Sanabagadar Road=- 1 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting trees rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the materialnwithb water at OMC in mechanical mix plant , carriage of mix material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base or base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to achive the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works. 3 Providing & applying Primer Coat with Btumen Emulsion on prepared Surface of Granular Base including clearing of road surface & applying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/Sqm using Mechanical meansas per clause 502 of MoSRT&Hl specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) . 4 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion distributor @ 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MOSRT & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th.Revision) [Output-3500 sqm] 5 Providing, laying, Bituminus Macadam (BM) with hot mix plant using crushed aggrgate of specified grading premixed with bituminus binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen , transported to site , laid over a previousely prepared surface with Hydrostatic Paver Finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level & Alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled Vibratory & Tendum roller to achive the desired compaction as per Clause 507 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works. 6 Providing and laying Semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory roller and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause-508 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) 7 Construction of moorum shoulder with approved materials obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement as per direction of the Engineer in charge. 8 Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometer stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical specification. 9 Ordinary K.M Stone (Precast) 10 200 mtr Stone (Precast) 11 Construction of RCC guard posts of 200 mm dia M15 grade cast-in-situ with 20 mm nominal size aggregate,true to line and grade,tolerance of vertical RCC posts not to exceed 1 in 500 as per drawing and Technival Specification Clause 800,1400 & 1704.1 of MoRD and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 12 Painting two coats including prime coat with epoxy paint of approved brand on concrete/steel surfaces after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701 of MORD. 13 Providing and fixing of Retro-Reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide as per Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminum sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on amild steel angle iron post 75mmX75mmX6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and tenchnical specficatioon Clause 801(600 mm square) 14 900 mm equilateral triangle(Curve, School, Others) 15 600 mm Circular(Speed Limit) 16 800 mm x 600 mm rectangular 17 600 mm X 450 mm rectangular(Village board) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
