Tender For Special Repair To Road From Chordhara To Missiontola From3/150Km To 10/422Km In The District Of Sundaragarh For The Year 2025-26.- 1 Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 30m outside the perifhery of the area as per Technical Specification Clause 201 of MORD by Manual means as per the direction E.I.C. 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision). 3 Providing applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) over prepared surface of granular base including clearing road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.6 kg / sqm 4 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared surfaces cleaned etc as per Technical Specification as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge 5 Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with 100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction 6 Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH spefn. clause No. 508 complete. 7 Supplying and Installing of measurement stones including painting. Sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 70 mm width and requred massege ,letters,figures with reflective engineering grade tabe as per MORD specification of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mmX 47mm X 12 SWG squre tube of 3050mm hight duley strengthened by 25mm X 25 mm Ms flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of proparly designed foundation with M-15 Grade cement concrete 450mmX450mm X600 mm , 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and technical specification claose 1701 11 Painting two coats with any approved quality of Weather seal coat over a coat of priming on new work to give an even shade including cost of all materials,labour, T&p required for the work complete.1000 Dia culvert 12 Construction fo RCC guard posts of 200 mm dia M15 grade cast-in-situ with 20 mm nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC posts not to exceed 1 in 500 as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause.200 mm dia RCC guard post.
