Tender For Special Repair To Banki To Badabhuta Road In The District Of Sundaragarh For The Year 2025-26.- 1 Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 30m outside the perifhery of the area as per Technical Specification Clause 201 of MORD by Manual means as per the direction E.I.C. 2 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads. Transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MORTH Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) 3 Providing , laying , spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing , rooling with three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding matarials to fill up the interstices of corse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per the direction of engineer in charge.75 mm thick, W.B.M Gr - I I I 4 Providing applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) over prepared surface of granular base including clearing road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.6 kg / sqm 5 Providing 20 mm thick primix carpet over prepared surface using a total quantity of 0.23 cum of 12 mm to 6 mm chips with 1.59 kg of bitumen for 0.028 cum of chips and tack coat of 9.07 kg of 80/100 grade bitumen per 10 sqm and compacting with 8T-10T power roller etc complete. 6 Providing an laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06 cum of 6mm size chips and down graded as per sieve aalysis and 6.8Kg. of bitumen per 10 sqm and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, bitumen mixer, tar boiler with cost, conveyance, royality of materials, labour, T&P, etc. complete.
