Tender For Special Repair To Bridge Over Local Nallah At 4.00Km & Champajharan Nallah At 5.40Km (2 Nos)On Nh23 To Karda Road For The Year 2025-26.- 1 Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris with in 50 m lead etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 2 R.S.Dry packing in approns & revetments with H.G.Stones including filling insterstices with bond stones etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in charge. 3 12 mm thick cement plastering in cement mortor ( 1:4) over RCC work including cement punning and bitumen painting including cost, conveyance, royalties ,taxes of all materials etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 4 Finishing surface of walls with cement based putty ( Water based) of approved make & finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes etc. Complete as per the directon of the Engineer-in-charge. 5 Providing Wall priming one coat with cement primer water bound including cost,taxes etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 6 Providing wall painting 2-coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work 1coats to give an even shade including cost of paint etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 7 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer in charge. 8 Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of sizes to waterbound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying requisite type of screening materials to fill up the interstices watering and compacting to required density etc complete 9 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granual Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MOST & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision). 10 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion presure distributer @ 0.30 Kg per Sqm on prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleained with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MOST & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision). 11 Providing and laying 20 mm thick premix carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.2 to 5.6mm size crushed stone aggregates and 14.60 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm of road surface including hand packing and consolidation with PRR including cost conveyance of chips and bitumen etc complete 12 Providing and laying 6 mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using .06 cum of 6.7mm size chips and 6.8kg of bitumen for 10 sqm of road surface including rolling with PRR including cost conveyance of chips and bitumen etc complete 13 Providing ,supplying and spreading moorum on road surface to required thickness including cost carriage and royalty of moorum etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 14 Providing retro-reflectorised cautionary, Mandatory and Informatory sign boards as per IRC. 67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause no. 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 x 75mm x 6mm size firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 cement concrete 45 x 45cm x 75 cm 60cm below ground level as per drawing as per approved drawing.900 mm equilateral triangle 15 Providing & erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC-67-2012 made of class-B retro-reflective sheeting of high intensity and high intensity prismatic grade sheeting as per ASTM D 4956-09 Type-III & IV strictly confirming to clause 6.7 of IRC 67-2012 and vide clause 801.3, fixed over alluminium sheeting, 2.00 mm thick as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC:67-2012 or A.C.P (Alluminium Composite Panel) used for sign boards with a thermoplastic core of low density polyethylene (LDPE) between two thick sheets of alluminium with over all thickness of 4mm and alluminium thickness of 0.5mm on both sides supported on mild steel angle post 75mm x 75mmx 6mm, 2nos and 3nos horizontal and 1no vertical extra supporting....etc complete as per direction of EIC.
