Tender For Construction Of Road From Special Repair To Dalki To Dengajore Via Badakanta For The Year 2023-24.- 1 Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 30m outside the perifhery of the area as per Technical Specification Clause 201 of MORD by Manual means as per the direction E.I.C. 2 Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause 303.1 Side Shoulders 3 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen using emulsion (RS1) distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared surfaces cleaned etc as per Technical Specification as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge 4 Providing 20 mm thick primix carpet over prepared surface using a total quantity of 0.23 cum of 12 mm to 6 mm chips with 1.59 kg of bitumen for 0.028 cum of chips and tack coat of 9.07 kg of 80/100 grade bitumen per 10 sqm and compacting with 8T-10T power roller etc complete. 5 Providing an laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06 cum of 6mm size chips and down graded as per sieve aalysis and 6.8Kg. of bitumen per 10 sqm and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, bitumen mixer, tar boiler with cost, conveyance, royality of materials, labour, T&P, etc. complete. 6 iI) Ordinary Kilometer stone 7 iii) 200 mm stone 8 Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per claouse 1701.3.9 of MORD eor rurals road of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47 mm X47 mmX12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of proporly designed foundation with M-15 Grade cement concrete 450X450 X600 mm,600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing clause 1701.2.2 Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
