Tender For Misc Works During Oh Of 3 And 4 Unit, Fabrication of welding receptacles and other miscellaneous work during ESP RETROFIT OF U#3&U#4of 2x210 MW PTPP Parichha. - 2 Providing one Skilled electrician and one semiskilled personal for providing Temporary connection and lighting connections to required area .(One job consist08 hrs working period with two no. electrician) 3 Installation and commissioning of 200 amp /400 AmpMCCBwithBus bar chamber with cable connection. 4 Salvaging/laying of LT power cable 3CX185&3CX150mm square 5 Salvaging/laying of LT power cable 3CX120 & 3CX 95 mm square 6 Salvaging/laying of LT power cable per meter 1CX400/300/240/185/150,2CX120&3C/3.5CX95/75 7 Salvaging/laying of LT Power cable per meter below 50 sqmm and all types of control cables. 8 Fabrication and erection of platform on PA fan unit3 and unit 4 ,ESP Vacuum pump of size 1.5 mtr x1.0 mtr with 1.0 mtr height railing around it. 9 Fabrication & erection of 4.0 mtr long ladder on PA FAN U#3 & U#4 and ESP Vacuum pump. 10 End terminationof LT power cable per set of 1CX400/300/240/185/150,2CX120 & 3C/3.5CX95/75/50 sqmm 11 Relugging ofof LT power cable3CX120&3CX 95mm square 12 Relugging ofof LT power cable3CX70mm square and below 13 Supply and fixing of box type plastic board with plastic top suitable for 01 switch and 01 socket.(with 6 amp switch and socket) 14 Erection of various type of TPN switch 15 Fabrication & Installation ofremovable canopiesonelectrical panel situated near boiler area. 16 Supply and replacement of 15/16 amp ,250 V AC switch/socket.(Havells,Anchor,Philips,ssk,,bajaj) 17 Repairing of 125/150 Watt LED Lights as per scope of work 18 Repairing of60/70WattLED Lights as per scope of work 19 Repairing of 35/40 watt LED bulb as per scope of work as per scope of work 20 Laying and arranging of 3.5 C x 35 Sqmm XLPE cable for providing support of supply during MINI OH -3 and -4. 21 Laying and arranging of 3.5 C x 25 Sqmm XLPE cable for providing support of supply during MINI OH -3 and -4. 22 Repairing and painting of different sizes damaged canopies on the various capacities L.T. motors installed in outdoor of 2x 210 MW. 23 Fabrication of racks in site store 24 Fabrication and erection of platform on lighting poles at the height of 10 mtr. 25 Painting of trays/plates or other MS structure with synthetic enameled of reputed brand with material per square meter. 26 Supply and installation of any ISO make 1200 mm ceiling fan (Crompton,havells,bajaj) along with freight. 27 Fabrication of iron structure for motor lifting. 28 Providing assistance for load test of 02 No. battery banks ofUnit No. 3 during OH period.(Total cells 220 Nos. , per cell voltage 2V, 1800 amp hour). 29 Cleaning tightness replacement of defective lead lug, vent cap of 02 no. 1800 AH battery bank. 30 Temporary panel shifting and installation for providing supply during ESP retrofit. 31 Repairing of site store of size 20x10 sqm. 32 Supply and fixing of 8X6 SS ENCLOSURE for fixingof T.B. and emergency push button at motors
