Tender For special repair to Barapada Kuadhara Road- 1 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting trees rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness 2 Construction of moorum shoulder with approved materials obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement as per direction of the Engineer in charge (By mechanical means). 3 Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometer stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical specification. 4 5 K.M Stone (Precast) 5 Ordinary K.M Stone (Precast) 6 200 mtr Stone (Precast) 7 Construction of RCC guard posts of 200 mm dia M15 grade cast-in-situ with 20 mm nominal size aggregate,true to line and grade,tolerance of vertical RCC posts not to exceed 1 in 500 as per drawing and Technival Specification Clause 800,1400 & 1704.1 of MoRD and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 8 Painting two coats including prime coat with epoxy paint of approved brand on concrete/steel surfaces after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701 of MORD. 9 Providing and fixing of Retro-Reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide as per Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminum sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on amild steel angle iron post 75mmX75mmX6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and tenchnical specficatioon Clause 801(600 mm square) 10 900 mm equilateral triangle(Curve, School, Others) 11 600 mm Circular(Speed Limit) 12 600 mm X 450 mm rectangular(Village board) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
