Tender For Special Repair To Soil Conservation Staff Qtr At Sanjivika Of Gurundia Block For The Year 2025-26.- 1 Dismantling and removing 2.5cm thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface lowering and removing the debris within 50 m lead 2 Dismantling and removing 2.5 cm thick AS flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 m lead etc complete 3 Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead. 4 Dismantling and removing doors, windows & ventilators including removal of frame,hinges,fastenings and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead. 5 2.5cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab using 6mm size hard granite chips on new work including providing chicken mesh. 6 Supplying fitting and fixing vitrified tiles in floors,of size 600mmx600 mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of all materials labour T&P etc complete 7 Fixing tiles in dados,skirting and in rises of steps on 12mm thick bed of cement plaster (1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing including cost of tile. 8 Supplying and fixing MS doors and windows including cost conveyance taxes etc. complete. 9 16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) for brick work including all cost T&P etc complete as per direction of EIC. 10 Wall painting two coats with any approved quality of Weather seal coat over a coat of priming on new work to give an even shade including cost of all materials,labour, T&p required for the work complete. 11 Painting two coats with any approved paint including cost of paints 12 Distempering two coats with any approved shade including cost of distemper 13 Ground floor Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
