Tender For Supply Of Complimentary Bags For The Seminar Under The Projects - Honoring Keralas Sporting Legacy And Charting Vision 2031 , Supply Of Side Bags , Shoulder/Carry Type, Made Of High-Quality Rexine (Pvc-Coated Fabric) With A Minimum Thickness Of 0.6 Mm, Designed To Be Water-Resistant, Tear-Resistant, And Fade-Resistant, And Provided With An Inner Lining Of Polyester Or Nylon Fabric (Minimum 120 Gsm). Each Bag Shall Measure Approximately 15 Inch (L) × 12 Inch (H) × 5 Inch (W), With Permissible Tolerances Of ±1 Inch In Length And Height, And ±0.5 Inch In Width. The Bag Shall Have Two Main Compartments With Smooth Zipper Closures And One Front Pocket With Zipper, Along With An Adjustable Shoulder Strap Made Of Nylon Webbing (Minimum 2 Inch Width), Featuring Reinforced Stitching At All Stress Points. All Zippers Shall Be Premium-Quality Nylon Coil Or Equivalent High Quality Material. Sliders And Buckles Shall Be Made From Rust-Proof Metal/Plastic (Premium Grade). The Color Shall Be A Single Solid Tone In Rich Brown Or Tan Hues, As Approved By The Purchaser. Each Bag Shall Include Provision For Printed Or Embossed Logo, Finalized And Approved Prior To Production, With Durable And Fade-Resistant Branding. All Bags Shall Be Free From Defects Such As Scratches, Shade Variation, Loose Threads, Or Uneven Stitching, And Shall Be Manufactured To High-Quality Workmanship And Material Standards.
