Tender For Offloading The Job Of Repair And Maintenance Work Of 02 Nos. Cat D11t, 850Hp Dozers Having Sl No. T-0645 And T-0667 For A Period Of 2 Year (730 Days) At Nigahi Project- 1 Scope of Work: Scope of Work/Technical Specifications: AS PER THE BOQ. The work of Offloading the job of repair and maintenance work of 02 Nos. CAT D11T, 850HP Dozers having Sl No. T-0645 and T-0667for a period of 2 year (730 days) at NigahiMines to be carried out on day today basis as per scope of work mentioned as follows – 1) Recording of HMR of Machine. 2) Checking and maintaining En-gine oil, Transmission oil, Hydraulic oil, coolant level and Air cleaner checking / cleaning if re-quired. 3) Checking and maintaining torque of carrier roller bolt, track roller cap bolt, Pad bolts/Master bolt, Idler cap bolt, segment bolt, End bit and cutting edge bolt, Blade arm bolt, Cen-tre trunion bolt, Tilt cylinder brace pin lock plate bolt, Tilt cylinder hose guard bolt. FIP mounting bolt, Guard plate bolt etc. 4) Checking and maintaining carrier roller, Track roller, Segment and blade hard finishing condition. 5) Checking and rectification of diesel, engine oil, coolant leakage and seepage from engine. 6) Checking and maintaining of Alternator and compressor belt tension. 7) Checking and maintaining wiring harness clamping, working lamp and horn. 8) Checking and rectification of oil leakage and seepage from Transmission / steering, TC and Hydraulic system. 9) Checking and maintaining door lock condition, cover and plate bolts. 10) Mounting and demount-ing of Engine, transmission, torque converter, Undercarriage, final Drive and Radiator system, lift cylinder, tilt cylinder and any other assy/ sub-assy. (11)Periodic Scheduled Maintenance in addi-tion to Daily maintenance (as per OEM recommendations or as per instruction of Engineer in charge of equipment) of Dozers which includes –(a)500 Hrs. Maintenance:-For CAT D11T 850HP:- Changing of engine oil, engine oil filter, fuel filter and power train oil filter. Oil sample collection and Greasing wherever required. (b) 1000 Hrs. Scheduled Maintenance:- For CAT D11T, 850HP:- Changing of engine oil, engine oil filter, fuel filter, power train oil filter, corrosion resistor and power train oil. Oil sample collection and Greasing wherever required. Checking of health of dozer with the help of VHMS (Vehicle Health and Monitoring System). (c)2000 Hrs. Scheduled Maintenance :- For CAT D11T, 850HP:-Changing of engine oil filter, fuel filter, power train oil filter, corrosion resistor. Hydraulic oil filter, engine oil, power train oil, damper oil, hydraulic oil and final drive oil. Oil sample collection and Greasing wherever required. Checking of health of dozer with the help of VHMS (Vehicle Health and Monitoring System). (12) Replacement of failed cutting edge , end bit and track/ carrier roller, track tensioner seal etc. (13) Manpower deployed for the subjected job as per scope of work consisting ofsemi skilled manpower should have ITI qualification. Same shall be verified.(14) Team deployed by contractor must have well acquaintance with use of VHMS (Vehicle Health Monitoring System) Reports by ET Tool. Firm should have capable person for download-ing VHMS reports by ET tool. (15) The capability of downloading the VHMS report by ET tool by contractor’s competent person will be verified by First Level Check Officer, i.e. In charge Dozer or his representative before award of Work ; failure of which will lead to cancellation of offer of bidder.(16) The contractor’s competent person has to submit the VHMS report taken by ET tool to In-charge Dozer section as per when and required basis and ET Tool is available in dozer section. (17) Day to day Tools and Tackles for repair and maintenance work of CAT D11T, 850HP Dozers has to be provided by the firm.Maximum likely manpower to be deployed per shift: 04 nos semi-skilled ( for Two shift) 2 Cost/charges for Repair and Maintenance work of 02 numbers D11T CAT, 850HP Dozer Fleet [T--0645 and T- 0667] at Nigahi Project as per scope of work mentioned above includinglabour charges contrator profit ete and any miscellaneous charges . Labour consisting of minimum 04 No Semi-Skilled per shift for two shift. 3 Cost/charges forTools & Tackles(special and regular) per day and safety gadgets for all the above jobs of Sl No. 1 4 Total impact of GST for the purpose of CTC
