Tender For Errection And Dismantling Of Pantoon Bridge Situated On Maniharighat One Saryu River In 2025-26 - Draging the pantoon from dry bed to river water and making pair and ancoring them in the down streem side of pantoon bridge. 2 Local shifting of Pantoon with in 500 mtr with the help of crain 3 Empty Cement bag of good condition (Plastic) filled with local sand including filling stiching, stacking at site of work 4 Supplya and Laying of anchors in the river on the up stream.down stream side of the pantoon bridge site including their weaving packing the sand filed bags (av-90 bags) properly before laying and fixing to pantoon with coir rope/sisall rope excluding cost. 5 Carriage and laying of sal sleaper including loading, unloading, carriage from store and decking on the bridge as per direction of E/I. 6 Same as above but sal edging.1.80M long 7 Fixing of railing post in position including making 15 mm dia 25 cm deep hole over sleeper and all sal edging before fixing and railling post with the help of 300x16 mm size nut and bolts. 8 Carriage and laying ofR.S. Joist (5.00 m long)including loading unloading cost of carriage from store and laying at site as per direction of E/I. 9 Fixing of railing wire through hole of railing post and hole of vertical post and making wire stay of each rows and tightened wih the help of stay clamps including making of hole in vertical ballies post (labour only) 10 Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding Vi meter (20) in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 Cm. (8) layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m. (5 ft) lift and 30 m. (100) lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m. (100) distance as directed by the E/I. for approach of pantoon 11 Extraction of 10 mm dia wire rope from railing post and making roll. 12 Dismentaling and carrying railing post fixed in position including open of nut bolt including loading, unloading, cartage and duly stacked at store. 13 Dismentaling and carrying sal edging fixed over the sleeper including loading, unloading, cartage and duly stacked at store. 14 Dismentaling and carrying sal sleeper in decking over the bridge including loading, unloading, cartage and duly stacked at store. 15 Carriage ofR.S. Paint to be used should confirm 30 Class M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement coarse sand (of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar infoundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work 31 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand)including cost of materials, labour T&P etc complete as per SI No. 583 32 250cm. (1) thick 1:2:4 cement Concrete floor with cement approved corse sand and 2cm (3/4) graded approved stone laid in panels finished with 3mm. (1/8) flooring coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in 5:1 as specified over & including 8cm . (3) thick base concrete consisting of cement local sand and brick ballast 4cm. (11/2) gauge in th proportion of 1:4:8 and removing any over lapping mortar at the joints supply of all materials labour and T&P et. required for proper completion of the work.
