Tender For Furnishing Of Fiac, Chitrakonda, Dist - Malkangiri.- 1 Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including moorum, stony earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and dewatering if required for the works etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 2 Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in 22.5 cm (9”) thick layers including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of sand with labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete (Measurement will betaken on finished compacted section only). 3 Cement concrete of proportion (1:4:8) in foundation and floors using 4cm (1½”) size clean hard black crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm. (6”) thick to the required level ramming,watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance,royalties and excluding GST of all materials with all labour,cess and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect. 4 25mm thick D.P.C with C.C(1:2:4) using 12mm. Chips etc. cpmplete as per direction of Engg-in-Charge . 5 Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks having crushing strength 75 kg/sq.cm in c.m. 1:6 in F & P including cost conveyance and royality of materials curing etc. complete as per direction of Engg-in-Charge . 6 12mm. thick cement plaster in c.m. 1:4 over brick masonry including cost conveyance and royality of materials curing etc. complete as per direction of Engg-in-Charge . 7 Ground floor 8 Removing old grading plaster from roof slab ,cleaning the surface ,lowering and removing the debries within 50 m Lead 9 4 cm. thick grading concrete (1:2:4) on roof slab with 12mm. & down grade size hard granite chips for old work. 10 Wall Priming one coats on new work with wall water bound primer of approved shade as per direction of Engg-in-Charge . 11 Ground floor 12 1st floor 13 Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade as per direction of Engg-in-Charge . 14 Wall painting two coats with weather coat paint of approved shade as per direction of Engg-in-Charge . 15 Ground floor 16 1st floor 17 Providing supplying fitting and fixing of Blue scope colour G.I. Sheet including etc.complete 18 Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S pipe s as per approved drawing and design, cutting to required size and welding properly, finished smooth and sand papering, including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, required screws, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as per direction in all floors. 19 Cement Concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm size broken hard granite chips for R.C.C. works including hoisting and laying etc. complete as per direction of Engg-in-Charge . 20 Fixing Floor tiles in floors,treads or steps and landings on 25 mm thick CM (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades includind cost for rubbing, polishing & cost of marbel tiles etc. complete as per direction of Engg-in-Charge .
